About the property

It is ideally located close to all the tourist sites of Provence.

It is located in a green setting of 2000 sq.m, in a residential area of Beaucaire village, with a panoramic view from all the bedrooms. This villa with a contemporary design was ranked with 4 stars location by the Ministry of Tourism in 2013.

The villa consists of a three storey building. On the ground floor and on the first floor, we offer a fully air-conditioned living space of 210 sq.m and terraces of 85 sq.m. On the third floor, there is an apartment that is annually rented with independent access that does not generate nuisance. The apartment is not overlooked.

From their design, the rooms of the villa have been put on the first floor in order to enjoy a view of all the way down over the pine wood surroundings. This space consists of an equipped kitchen of 25 sq.m (with an oven, a gas hob, a refrigerator/freezer, and a dish washer) and a fully fitted cellar (with a second fridge, a second dishwasher, a washing machine, a freezer, and a sink)

In the living room, there are different living spaces for you: a living room with sofa and TV, a reading area as well as different access to the 2 terraces of 50 sq.m and 15 sq.m respectively. The main terrace offers a summer kitchen (with a barbecue and a sink) and ideal exposure for our region (sun during the morning and shade at noon).

Finally, there is a bedroom with a shower room with shower and WC.

On the ground floor, we offer a hall (15 sq.m) with a sleeping area, 3 bedrooms with access to a terrace as well as an elegant bathroom with bathtub and a extra large walk-in shower. The interior relaxation space of 50 sq.m is accessible from the garden or the bedrooms, and it offers a heated pool surrounded by sun loungers. This space is completely open towards the garden by large bay windows of 4 m long. Under the shade of the pine trees, you can have a nap listening to the cicadas, or you can walk in the middle of the Mediterranean essences mixed by contemporary sculptures and traditional pottery of Anduze.

Here, you will find a combination of rewarding visits and wonderful resting moments.

What a great experience!

When we arrived to the house everything was impeccable and clean. Not only was it very clean but it was also very modern, well-maintained, well decorated and comfortable. During our stay Luc and Florent were extremely hospitable and easy to communicate with. The house could not be better located as it was close to Avignon, Arles and Nimes. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable and we most definitely hope to come back someday and stay longer to enjoy this beautiful home and its surroundings.

Maison parfaite, position idéale pour (re)découvrir la region

Grande maison très bien décorée et entretenue, toute équipée rien ne manque. Hôte chaleureux et disponible, maison 100% cohérente avec l'annonce, des bonnes surprises en plus (lits bébés, chaise haute, équipement enfant pour la piscine, jeux etc...).

A 30-45mn de tous les endroits que nous voulions voir (Uzes, pont du Gard, Camarade, Nîmes, Avignon, baux de provence etc...).

Un seul regret, il a fallu rendre les clés...

Super semaine en famille

Nous (et nos 4 enfants) avons passé une super semaine dans cette maison très agréable et très propre. Les enfants ont évidemment adoré la piscine.

Luc est un propriétaire très sympa et disponible.

Très Bien pour un séjour familial.

La villa correspond bien au descriptif.

Elle est spacieuse, les pièces sont bien disposées pour que chacun trouve sa place.

Le quartier est calme et sans vis à vis. Le chemin d'accès est un peu abrupte.

La piscine intérieure est très agréable l'hiver avec un petit bémol toutefois; l'odeur de chlore a tendance à remonter à l'étage malgré les portes fermées, ce qui est assez désagréable lorsqu'on arrive de l'extérieur, ensuite l'odorat s'habitue mais les dégagements de chlore sont toujours présents.

Ce serait une réelle amélioration si on pouvait contenir cette odeur de chlore dans le local du bassin et l'extraire vers l'extérieur pour qu'elle n'envahisse pas la maison entière. Un professionnel trouvera certainement une solution technique efficace.

Totale tranquillité d'esprit : clés mises à disposition, linge fourni, ménage inclus.

Bonne informations du propriétaire sur l'accès, le fonctionnement de la villa.

Bien placée, bien conçue. Piscine intérieure très appréciable, terrasses extérieures très bien aménagées.

Parfait sejour formidable

Maison moderne au top , piscine chauffée très agréable avec transat à l extérieur . Belle et grande terrasse avec barbecue gaz qui fonctionne vraiment bien .

Literie de très bonne qualitée.

Cafetière machine à laver lave vaisselle . Pratique.

TV et Internet parfait que du positif

Propriétaire accueillant .

Tout est très bien . Barrière de sécurité pour les enfants avec l escalier .
