About the property

It is ideally located close to all the tourist sites of Provence.

It is located in a green setting of 2000 sq.m, in a residential area of Beaucaire village, with a panoramic view from all the bedrooms. This villa with a contemporary design was ranked with 4 stars location by the Ministry of Tourism in 2013.

The villa consists of a three storey building. On the ground floor and on the first floor, we offer a fully air-conditioned living space of 210 sq.m and terraces of 85 sq.m. On the third floor, there is an apartment that is annually rented with independent access that does not generate nuisance. The apartment is not overlooked.

From their design, the rooms of the villa have been put on the first floor in order to enjoy a view of all the way down over the pine wood surroundings. This space consists of an equipped kitchen of 25 sq.m (with an oven, a gas hob, a refrigerator/freezer, and a dish washer) and a fully fitted cellar (with a second fridge, a second dishwasher, a washing machine, a freezer, and a sink)

In the living room, there are different living spaces for you: a living room with sofa and TV, a reading area as well as different access to the 2 terraces of 50 sq.m and 15 sq.m respectively. The main terrace offers a summer kitchen (with a barbecue and a sink) and ideal exposure for our region (sun during the morning and shade at noon).

Finally, there is a bedroom with a shower room with shower and WC.

On the ground floor, we offer a hall (15 sq.m) with a sleeping area, 3 bedrooms with access to a terrace as well as an elegant bathroom with bathtub and a extra large walk-in shower. The interior relaxation space of 50 sq.m is accessible from the garden or the bedrooms, and it offers a heated pool surrounded by sun loungers. This space is completely open towards the garden by large bay windows of 4 m long. Under the shade of the pine trees, you can have a nap listening to the cicadas, or you can walk in the middle of the Mediterranean essences mixed by contemporary sculptures and traditional pottery of Anduze.

Here, you will find a combination of rewarding visits and wonderful resting moments.

Gorgeous property

We loved our stay here. It was even nicer/bigger than we expected. It had the most beautiful downstairs and beautiful deck with a large table upstairs outside. The pool was clean and warm. The downstairs was very nice with a large bathroom with enormous shower and the toilet was across the hall which helped quite a bit when we were all trying to get ready for the day. The decor was very nice. The lamps/lighting and kitchen were all top notch. There were clothes lines out by the garage that were very long and helped us dry our clothes quickly. There are two washing machines but no dryer. The washing machines are very small compared to American machines but the good thing was that there were two of them. Each family (we were two families) could each have a washer. The dishwasher worked perfectly and the stove top was also easy to cook on. The upstairs bathroom was very small and it did smell a bit musty. I am thinking there is a slight leak there which they will fix. But the 3 bedrooms downstairs are roomy enough to sleep 8 easily. My daughter loved the bed under the stairs which was in addition to the 3 bedrooms downstairs. It was easy to make the reservation and any concerns we had or questions were handled quickly. The checkout was easy and our deposit was returned promptly. We would stay there again if we were back out that way. I have to say that the nice lady checking us in did not speak any English. And although the couple meeting her did not speak any French, they were able to use sign language to get the check in and out done. The house was mostly stocked with what we needed but we had to buy trash bags, hand soap, dishwashing and laundry soap. This is normal for a homeaway but you just want to plan for it. There was a Carforre (spelling ? ) right before this neighborhood so we could easliy pick up everything we needed.

What a great experience!

When we arrived to the house everything was impeccable and clean. Not only was it very clean but it was also very modern, well-maintained, well decorated and comfortable. During our stay Luc and Florent were extremely hospitable and easy to communicate with. The house could not be better located as it was close to Avignon, Arles and Nimes. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable and we most definitely hope to come back someday and stay longer to enjoy this beautiful home and its surroundings.

Villa très agréable au coeur d'une belle région

La résidence spacieuse est située dans une zone résidentielle au calme, sur une colline en périphérie de Beaucaire. On y accède aisément depuis les axes routiers, les commerces sont à proximité. Vous pourrez rayonner facilement dans toute la région : Nîmes, Uzes, Pont du Gard, Arles, Aigues-mortes, Baux-de-Provence, à proximité... De belles découvertes ! L'équipement de la maison est très satisfaisant. La terrasse offre une vue paisible et ne présente pas de vis-à-vis. Nous avons passé une belle semaine reposante, à recommander !

Vacances au top!

Quatre grandes chambre, la piscine formidable, grande cuisine ouverte sur un immense salon. La villa est située dans une impasse et est donc très calme. Nous avons pu profiter du barbecue, des terrasses et de la piscine. Nous reviendrons très certainement pour de nouvelles vacances proches de la perfection.
