Excellent yet again

We were greeted as usual by Christoph a local man 2 hours before official handover time so we could get some skiing in and provided him with my passport as a guarantee. As usual the apartment was very clean and modern, lots of high pressure hot water for showers and baths, very comfortable mattress and amazing sofa bed. The balcony gets sun all day and kids can sledge right in front of the balcony as you sip some vino!

You have under floor heating which is adjustable in each room. Shame you can't get more Uk channels but then again your on holiday but I pads sufficed.

It's great value for money as we have paid £800 more for chalet Harrod in Isola 2000.

Great apartment convenient for ski shop and slopes

We stayed in Star 1 with our 3 grown up daughters. 2 of them shared the bunk bed room with the advantage of the ensuite shower (powerful and hot) whilst our other daughter and us both had doubles upstairs and shared a bathroom. All was very clean and the apartment was very comfortable for 5 adults and had everything you needed, including coffee machine, fridge freezer dishwasher etc. It was a 2 minute walk to the ski hire shop, which in turn was next to the venicular which takes you down to the main slopes, so a max 5 minutes of total walking time. Very friendly staff in the local ski shop who also were able to arrange ski lessons.

We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

Our only advise is to tell Christos to come an hour before you're due to leave, as he holds your passport. We had a very nervous 15 minutes waiting for him to arrive, with us all sitting in the car worried we'd miss our flight!

Clean & modern Sunny appartment

1st class holiday appartment. New, clean & tidy. The owner replied quickly & his agent arrived quickly on our arrival to complete the necessary paperwork! We felt it accomodated 6 perfectly, would use it again! We loved the position in the "Hammeau" sector, slightly above the village, competent skiers can ski to the end of the road. We found the funnicular & free "navette" buses running frequently.

moderne bien agencee pratique propre lumineux

sejour tres agreable, on a tres bien ete accueilli par Christophe, vue agreable et acces aux pistes et a la station facile .Dommage que nous n ayons pas pu plus profiter de la terrasse car il avait neigé et glacé mais ce sera pour la prochaine fois; a bientôt. Toute la famille a appréciée ce séjour ; merci

Excellente adresse

Nous avons trouvé tout ce que nous souhaitions et même plus. Le mobilier et ustensiles divers, les équipements immobiliers, agencements sont de grande qualité, surprenante pour un dispositif locatif. Ils invitent au repos dans un grand confort au terme d'une bonne journée sur les pistes.

Nous avons été séduis. Le service est à la hauteur de la qualité de l'ensemble c'est à dire excellent avec le sourire et la bonne humeur dans le professionnalisme.
