Bordering resort, the villa is located on a hillside with stunning views of the surrounding hills (protected green zone). Very calm. The district Favière (Port of Bormes), close also to shops and many restaurants, has the largest beach of the town (680m long - many other beaches are nearby). Everything near the marina. Bormes les Mimosas The port is located in front of 'Levant islands'. Different sea excursions and boat rentals, water skiing, tennis, etc.
