Fully renovated in 2013, residence renovated in 2015

Duplex with closed mezzanine on the 6th and top floor with lift access, in an apartment building (Silveralp) renovated ideally situated in Val Thorens, the 3 Valleys ski area (Meribel, Courchevel, Les Menuires, Val-Thorens).

The residence Silveralp is located rue du Soleil, in the heart of the semi-pedestrianized resort of Val Thorens. It boasts an architecture in traditional materials, larch wood and local stone.

Near the residence, a lift and a walkway will take you directly to the entrance of the shopping center and sports center (relaxation area of ​​9,000 m2 with pool, sauna, spa, tennis, squash, massages, games children ...)

All amenities are in a close environment (- 300m): Ski schools including the ESF, day care for children, rental ski shops, a bakery, restaurants, a medical center ...

The exterior of the residence was renovated in 2009 and all indoor public areas in 2015.

The ski room, heated, was completely renovated with private lockers for each apartment.

Access to the residence is by badge and is guarded at night by a guard.

You get out of the residence, made 10m and put on your skis.

Ski-in ski-out, Rue du Soleil, this 43sq.m apartment has been entirely renovated in 2013, in a mountain style with woodwork and quality materials.

On the ground floor, the living room boasts a new open plan kitchen, opening on a small lounge with sofa, flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD, Play Station 3, iPod/MP3 dock. A large picture window opens on the large balcony with a wonderful south-east mountain view over the Peclet peak. The table, in raw granite, between the living room and kitchen, seats 6 to 8 people for convivial meals. The kitchen is fully fitted with new appliances: microwave, grill, new induction cooker, plenty serving dishes and cookware, raclette set and big silent dishwasher, traditional and Nespresso coffee maker.

The bathroom with bathtub is fully renovated. In the hallway, there is a separate WC with storage spaces opposite

Upstairs, 3 separate bedrooms with new beddings. Bedroom 1, without windows, boasts 2 bunk beds of 90 cm, Bedroom 2 boasts a double bed of 140 cm with LCD flat screen TV on the wall, Bedroom 3 is the parental with a double bed of 140 cm, LCD flat screen TV on the wall and mountain view. The ceiling is 1.79 m high. The bedrooms are separate by doors; Bedroom 2 has a staircase down to the living room.

Please, bring your sheets and towels or we can rent them upon request.

10 m from the entrance you can already put your ski shoes on. Ski schools, particularly ESF (French ski school), are opposite the apartment, and the shops and amenities are all around: ski pass selling point, restaurants, bakery, shopping arcade, day nursery. 900sq.m spa is accessible by foot, with swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, Spas, tennis, squash courts, massages, games for children.

You will have an access to a renovated private ski room. The apartment is very calm as it is on the top floor, in one of the best areas of Val Thorens.

This apartment is the apartment close to that which it is attached in the ad. It is located in the same building (Silveralp) on the same floor (6th floor), with the same great exposure (same side of the corridor). It has exactly the same size and the same layout as the other apartment. It was renovated during the summer of 2013 with a neat design and quality materials.

We are passionate with my wife by the high mountains. I work in the medical field and I come in this apartment with my two daughters and my parents when he is free.

Val Thorens is for me the best resort in the Alps. This is by far the assurance of having the best snow, the off piste is fantastic and the atmosphere of the car-free station is great.

The residence is ideally located and has just had its public areas refurbished in 2015.

I renovated the apartment with my brother in 2013 while wood trying to do a friendly and convenient setting.

The apartment is located on Rue du Soleil:

The resort is built around the slopes. You can stop the car in front of the apartment building to leave your luggage and then park it in one of the public parks of the resort (Valtho parc) for the rest of your stay without regrets, as everything is in the same place and close by foot, no matter where you are accommodated. Book a parking spot in one of the parks on the Internet (choose P1 or P2, there is no difference).

The low part of the resort has many privileges. Rue du Soleil is opposite the meeting points of diverse ski schools. You can walk your children to their ski lessons and then come back for a coffee, before you go skiing as well.

This is not so easy if you live in the high parts of the resort.

Doesn't matter in which building you live on Rue du Soleil, you are at the foot of the slopes.

A lift and a footbridge take you straight and without an effort to the entrance of the shopping centre, where the fitness centre of the ski resort is.

It is easy for your children to go back to the apartment on their own, as Rue du Soleil is right across from the end point of the ski lessons.

The noisy bars of Val Thorens are mostly in the high parts of the resort, far from this area. Ideal to enjoy peaceful family holidays.

In less than 100 m, Rue du Soleil boasts ESF (French ski school), Ski-cool ski school, day care for the youngest, ski-pass selling point, bakery, several restaurants, shops, ski hire shops...

Typical Savoyard architecture with buildings in traditional chalet style. This is another plus of living on this street.
