Our renovated 3 bedroom townhouse with heated slate floors in the kitchen, bathrooms and foyer is conveniently located within walking distance to the ski lifts, shopping and other amenities!

Our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is conveniently located in the village so no vehicle is required. Walk to the lifts within 5-10 minutes, or step on the free shuttle right outside the complex and be dropped off at either village or upper village Base!

Our large living space is unparalleled to anything else in this category. Whether you need the room to let the kids play or have the space to entertain guests our place will satisfy better than any other we have come across. Our bedrooms are SMALL , making the living space larger - a trade off we love!

With views out over the open field between our complex and the next you will feel like you are looking over your own backyard. Whether to play in in the winter, lay out in in the summer (if the pool deck is not your taste) or throw a ball around this is a unique feature over nearly any other place within the Village all within speaking distance from the balcony.

Our home is located within steps of the village centre and just up the street from Marketplace Centre with many restaurants and amenities including groceries video, and liquor store. A modern townhome that offers granite countertops, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, a relaxing gas fireplace . Relax and enjoy with your friends and family!

Loved our stay

Great place, location, host and setup. We had a fantastic family Christmas in Tracy’s apartment. It was well set up for cooking and hanging out. The hot tub was a treat and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thanks!

Great location

2-3 blocks from ski lifts. 1 block to grocery store. Numerous restaurants to walk to. No need for a car. Condo nicely decorated and modern. A great place to stay.

Great Whistler Stay!

The condo was perfect for our group of 8 (4adults, 4 kids). Excellent location, across the street from Olympic Village. Pool and hot tub were used a lot by the kids! Overall, had a great time. Thanks!

For years we dreamt of owning a ski and summer property in the beautiful village of Whistler, BC. In 2016 we were able to make it a reality. After years of renting from other owners, we knew we wanted to share our property with other travelers when we were not able to use it, and to give them the best experience we could. We spend about 60-70 nights a year in Whistler, and with our two pre-teen sons, love mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding, strolling the village, and of course, slaying the powder! Whistler is truly our home away from home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do

Why they chose this property

Sunpath is one of the best located properties you can imagine. We are literally across the street from the village (technically we are in the village) but just far enough away from the "village stroll" that you don't get all the noise at night. Steps from the pool and hot tub, and a minute walk to the #4 bus (which we are always the first stop so you always get a seat!)...it's just a few minutes ride to the Gondola. If you prefer to walk, it's less than 10 minutes in your gear :). The valley trail that seems to go on forever - we have yet to explore more than 50% of it - starts at the entrance to the parkade. And if, like me, you are passionate about coffee, there are at least 6 coffee shops within a 2 minute walk!
