The reception rooms comprise open plan accomodation of a sitting area with large HD Smart TV, BOSE iPhone/iPod speaker and Xbox 360, a dining area with patio doors offering stunning ocean views opening onto the large deck and a brand new modern fully equiped kitchen with fridge freezer with ice & water dispenser, oven & grill, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
Outside the home is a large deck with seating and loungers overlooking the ocean. Beyond the deck is a natural garden leading to the rocky cliff with the ocean below. At the front of the property there are two private parking spaces.
The private & secluded private white sand beach is just a short walk away and offers wonderful snorkelling and wildlife including frequent visits by fishing pelicans. No motor boats or jet skis are allowed . The large infinity pool is set behind the beach and offers further seating and sunshades on the pooldeck.
Little Bay Country Club is an up-market, quiet residential community approximately one hour drive from Montego Bay International airport and is set on a peninsula within a marine conservation area. It is within easy reach of the many restaurants, resorts and bars on the beach road, many of which offer access to the famous 7 Mile Beach. For the more adventurous, there are numerous live music venues and clubs including the well known Jungle Nightclub of Negril. Supermarkets are located in the centre of Negril, approximately 15 minutes drive away and local taxis are plentiful and cheap. The popular West End of Negril is home to more hotels, restaurants, the Negril Lighthouse and the famous Rick's Cafe, which with cliff diving, spectacular sunsets and live music is listed as one of the top ten bars in the world.
The property accomodates 4 adults comfortably, however there is also a single pull-out sofa bed in the living room which will sleep an additional child or small adult.
Car rental is available in Montego Bay or locally in Negril, however local taxis are easily available if you prefer not to drive.
