About this property

Late Check-out is not available due to Corona Virus, we need to start deep cleaning for the next guests. If you stay past 11 AM (checkout time) we will charge $50 per every 15 minutes past 11 AM. Our cleaning company arrives at 11 AM on the dot to start cleaning if they cannot enter the house they charge us, please plan accordingly.

Breath-taking views from inside the house and whole backyard (pool & spa view), fantastic amenities, the million-dollar house surrounded by nature, beautiful trees (tangerine/avocado & apple trees), and a lush green landscape, this home has enough space to house up to 12 Guests. Pool Service Company cleans the pool every Friday and Tuesday. Gardener arrives every Tuesday.

Villa is located in the Los Angeles suburbs (Hacienda Heights Hills).

Enjoy entire 5-Bedroom 3-Bath Villa with private heated pool & spa (hot tub/Jacuzzi), outdoor fire pit, basketball hoop, and lounging area in the wilderness with bench and hill & city views. Inside enjoy (2) large living rooms, (2) dining areas, (2) car garage attached to the villa, and (2) indoor fireplaces. One fireplace is on the first-floor den area surrounded by built-in bench seating, and the second is in the master bedroom in front of the king-size bed.

The Master bedroom has king size bed with a gas fireplace, Hill and City View, and a large walk-in closet with a portable crib. All the bedrooms are spacious. Each bathroom has its toilet room separate from the vanity, tub, and shower room.

Great Spot

Host was very accessible when needed. Property was amazing with a great view. I would recommend a car when staying here as there isn't anything within walking distance.

Great Modern Property

The House was great!! We had plenty of space to accommodate 9 family members. Great modern space that had so many amenities and thoughtful touches. Neighborhood was very quiet and family friendly. Each family member loved their private bedroom and TV. The owner suite was huge with two king beds. The view from there was spectacular overlooking the pool. It was very clean except one bedroom where the pillow cases and sheets were dirty. There were extra sheets so we just switched them out. . The property landscape was beautiful and provided privacy from the neighbors. A Beautiful Poinsettia and Lemon tree. Made the outdoor patio special. The pool and hot tub was awesome The only thing was the pool heater never heated the pool properly. It was a bit chilly and without the heater working, the children couldn’t get in. They were disappointed. . The bedroom downstairs worked perfectly for our aging family members who couldn’t go up the stairs. Going to the 2nd floor was hard to maneuver. I am an Interior architect and the riser was definitely pass 8” tall. It hurt my knees going up and down. Also , while beautiful the step downs in the living room were a tripping hazard bc the floors are white and you couldn’t see the step down. We had to be careful especially with 2 elderly occupants. Check-in was easy. The host responded quickly to my questions and was very nice. All in all, we enjoyed the space! It was well worth it.

Wonderful oasis

The property was terrific especially the outdoor oasis . Silvia , the host was very responsive and extremely gracious . We would definitely stay at this property again and recommend to others .

California Get Away

The house is absolutely beautiful Great location and property Pretty well stocked Only observation was the floor is white tiled and certain rooms on first floor require a step up ir down… a little precarious if you are unaware
