Charming apartment in the historic center very bright and airy with high ceilings .His surface area of 75m2 (approximately, 810 square feet) :
One bedroom with a 160cm wide double bed ,a second bedroom with a 140 cm wide double bed ,a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with bath and toilet as well as a small shower room with a toilet. The accommodation is fully furnished with all linen and towels as well as TV, wifi, washing machine and dryer, fridge, oven and all necessary kitchen utensils.
I think the apartment would suit for 4 peoples and it would be my pleasure to welcome them and provide local tips on the area.

My husband and I have stayed at other places in both France and Italy and we both agree this was the best so far. It is very clean, neat and tidy The apartment has a lot of charm and is quite large for a European apartment. The location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit in town. Best of all ,Anne the owner goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. She is easy to get a hold of with questions regarding Beaune. We highly recommend this property and hope someday to return
Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Location was great, very central in old city. Apartment was charming and roomy. Kitchen was small but we'll equipped for cooking. Would definitely stay here again.
We cannot say enough about this apartment! The apartment was beautiful and in the perfect location right in the center of town. Anne was lovely and so helpful!! She made sure the coming and going was easy and we were stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn't be better - walking distance to everything you need. I would recommend this apartment to everyone! If you're staying in Beaune and are trying to figure out which rental to stay in, this is the one you want!
One suggestion I have for Beaune... Make dinner reservations in advance. This town is filled with amazing restaurants but they fill up fast. Plan ahead.
The property is exactly as it appears on the website. It is a clever mix of traditional French style with some modern fixtures. We found the apartment well maintained and spotlessly clean. The position in Beaune is superb. It really is a case of not needing a car. Anne was a joy to deal with. She answered e mails promptly and provided helpful information.
We were met at the flat by a very friendly and helpful associate. Everything was well taken care of and the kitchen well equipped. Being in the center of town was very convenient for visiting the sights and shopping, but was still quiet at night. We could drive right to the apartment for unloading luggage, but did have to park 15 minutes away overnight. Would definitely rent this flat again!
This apartment rests in the quieter place Monge, 5 to 10 minutes walk away from all activities in this old walled village. The only need for a car is to go out and explore the wondrous gifts of the Côte D'or, its wines, women and men and it's history. The bedrooms are nicely appointed, the shower pressure great. Very good wi-fi, a very comfortable living area, and a kitchen with all you need, but quite small. I wouldn't want to be trying to prepare a full meal in it, but then you would be missing out on all the great restaurants, gastro pubs, and café's that are within minutes. The second floor apartment was quiet, and safe except for the bells of Notre Dame and the Clock Tower (which don't ring during the night). Don't miss the light shows on the historic facades of many buildings in Beaune, 2 of which are the Notre Dame Bascilica and the Clock Tower right next to you. Anne is a top notch host and I would rebook this apartment in a second.
Our favorite restaurants were Maison du Columbier and Le Table de Cedric Burton in the beautiful Abbaye de Mazieres. Le Chevreuil in Meursault and La Cabotte in Nuits St. Georges are also excellent.
