The accommodation is located in a chalet which includes 2 apartments (each with its own private entrance)
This Spacious 3-room semi-chalet has an area of 80m2 ~, it will seduce you with its recent, modern decoration, while retaining the spirit of the mountain.
The Neighborhood is quiet and close to all the amenities necessary for your well-being during your stay (Sports activities, Spa, Swimming pool, Skating rink, Pub, Restaurants, Bakeries, food stores, shopping, etc.), without necessarily having need to use your vehicle to get there.
The location is ideal for enjoying the village of St-Gervais (The central square is only a few minutes' walk away), and it is only 5 minutes (still on foot) from the departure of the cable cars will take you to a 445km ski area (including Megève, Les Contamines-Montjoie, Saint-Gervais, Saint-Nicolas, Hauteluce, Combloux and La Giettaz).
If, despite the 445 km of the Evasion area, you are not satisfied, head for the Prarion, a Saint-Gervolain area linked to the Les Houches station. More than the number of kilometers of tracks, it is the singularity of its access that will seduce you. The centenary Tramway du Mont Blanc (The ski bus stop to transport you there is only a 2-minute walk away) takes traveler-skiers on the slopes from the Voza pass, leaving from the ski area. In the footsteps of high-level skiers, we descend the Kandahar slope, the famous stage of the world cup of alpine skiing, which has more green than its name!
What could be better, after a good day in the mountains, than relaxing at the Thermes de St Gervais les Bains, these are only 10 minutes by car (or shuttle) from the Chalet.
Description of the accommodation:
Sleeps: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x200cm)
Equipment: New and fully equipped kitchen (Bosch), washing machine, toaster, microwave, raclette set, fondue set, flat screen TV, DVD / CD player, etc.

- Large living room / kitchen (approx. 40m2) with fireplace
- Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate toilet
- A large entrance hall (on the lower ground floor) which will allow you to get rid of your clothes, skis, shoes, etc. after a good day of skiing or other activities.
- A terrace not overlooked
It is made available to the tenant a private garden (not overlooked) not overlooked, 1 outdoor private parking space (other parking spaces are generally available in front of the house (private road)). On request, it is possible to provide equipment for a young child (high bath, cot, etc ...).
The accommodation can be rented under different formulas depending on the season (decreasing price for consecutive weeks).
