Excellent property with excellent location
Great location. House was excellent. Great outdoor space. Parking space was convenient
Comfortable home in West Hollywood
We’ve stayed at several VRBOs and this was by far the most modern and enjoyable home we’ve stayed in. The furniture was new, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality items. The neighborhood was (mostly) quiet for being so close to a busy thoroughfare. Would absolutely consider staying here again if we are back in LA.
Great house, fantastic location! We would definitely stay here again!!
Excellent in almost every way.
This property was entirely satisfactory for our needs during our all-too-short visit to Los Angeles. We came primarily for two important family events. The house was ideally located a few minutes from our children's home and very near the venues where our parties took place. The house itself is a well designed contemporary with an excellent kitchen, dining area, three very comfortable bed rooms and 2 fine baths, one of which was en suite with the master bedroom. There was very good lighting, WiFi, large screen TV in the living and bedrooms. Decor is a bit unusual but not intrusive. The heating system was responsive as it was chilly in LA at this time of year. We did not spend any time out of doors, but for the record, the small garden is neat, with an outdoor dining table, fire pit and grill. There were 2 very minor details that needed looking into and about which we informed David who assured us that they would be corrected. One was a sticky wooden entry door and a defective latch on the rear garden entry from the parking spot.
One or two small suggestions: It would be nice to provide bar soaps for the showers and tissue boxes in the bathrooms.
All in all, we would not hesitate to rent this very comfortable property again.
We a family of 6 adults stayed at this Fabulous Designer House. The house was very clean & clutter free. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The front yard was so wonderful as we had our morning coffee & our afternoon wine by the fire pit. The attention to detail was great, such as good quality bedding & towels. The location was fantastic, 1 block from Melrose with all the little restaurants, shops & CVS pharmacy in walking distance. L.A. farmer's market & Grove shopping mall was in 20 min. walking distance as well. On the check out day we didn't have to do anything except to lock the doors, which is unusual, however, made the check out hustle free.
Above it all David was so conscience about getting back to us on timely fashion. He was great to deal with & I truly wished we could have met him in person to congratulate him in running such a classy Homeaway location.
We will definitely stay in this property again on our next visit to California.
Amazing location, clean modern space, awesome concierge! I will most certainly book again.
Very cute, modern and clean.not one single complaint here.
