Large modern villa with heated pool, close to beach and golf.

The ARMERIA is a large villa, bright and comfortable, 90 sqm, with heated pool and enclosed garden, labeled 3 Clévacances. It is located in the district of Port Bourgenay, near golf and shopping, in a quiet little street, where you can chill out on the terrace, facing south, in the heated pool or enjoy the many activities around.

Its large living space of 45 sqm, well furnished and decorated, is open with a large picture window on the terrace and garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage space available.

The villa has 6 beds: a master suite with double bed (160x200) and bathroom, double bedroom (160x200) with wardrobe, a single bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190). There is also a large separated shower room (Italian shower, double washbasin, cupboards, hair dryer available).

The Villa is wood frame, bioclimatic design, providing a healthy and comfortable accommodation throughout the year.

La maison est parfaitement organisée et équipée. la piscine chauffée est très agréable. très pro et moderne.

Proche de tous les commerces.

Seuls reproches :

-la mitoyenneté des voisins qui ont été, au demeurant, très discrets (retraités).

-Itou pour le vis-à-vis côté rue (palissade à refaire sur un bout)

-le tarif des options (draps, serviettes et nettoyage)

Location

Our villa is ideally located, in front of the Port Bourgenay Golf course, which is a beautiful links, between pines and groves, all with ocean view. Only 500m from the marina, where there are many water activities, and within 1.5 km from the beach Le Veillon. This spot is famous for its kite-surfing and windsurfing.

The villa is also in close proximity to several beaches, as Tanchet, La Mine or La Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, and many activities such as horseback riding, sailing, kite surfing, hiking, tennis and many others.

The estuary of Payré, near the beach, is a remarkable landscape of Vendée for its nature and its biodiversity. You can walk and discover the activities that exhibit this unique and preserved environment, performed by oyster farmers of La Guittière, always ready to taste their products.

On the way to Les Sables d'Olonne, and less than 2 km from our villa, stand the Aquarium The Seventh Continent. A beachfront cycle track offers connections to Les Sables d'Olonne along the bay of Cayola and crossing the Bois de Saint Jean, ideal setting for a bike ride.

Gourmets will appreciate Le Cayola, gourmet restaurant with an exceptional view on the Bay. Less than 10 km away, Les Sables d'Olonne also offer some very good addresses for everyone, as La Pilotine, Le Quai des Saveurs or Le Galway on Port Olonna.

Finally, the Vendée is a country steeped in history, and many testimonies of this rich history are available to visitors. Thus, less than 5 km from the villa is the Château de Talmont, a remnant of the passage of Richard Lion Heart

All amenities are available in the village of Bourgenay - The Querry Pigeon walking distance.

  • The rate includes WeekEnd 16h arrival on Friday and departure on Sunday between 16h and 18h, 2 nights.
    In addition to the rates presented, we propose a formula MidWeek, from Monday to Friday 16h 10h, whose rates can be transmitted.
    We also have special packages WeekEnd Easter, Pentecost, Ascension and the other end extended weekend with the holiday.
  • The Villa is rented on the first day of the stay at 16h the last day of the stay at 10am. For stays of a week, they are from Saturday to Saturday.
    The price is defined by period included, excluding options supplements.
    Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of signed rental contract accompanied by the deposit. The balance of the stay must be paid at least 8 days prior to arrival.
    A deposit of 400 euros is required upon arrival and returned after the inventory of end of stay.
    The Tenant shall attach to lease a certificate of insurance civil liability to guard against rental risks (water damage, fires ...).
