The ground floor is tastefully furnished and has a double sofa bed, free Wi-Fi internet access, flat screen television with satellite channels, DVD player and DVDs, mini stereo system. A telephone line for receiving your calls.
The kitchen, divided by a bar, has a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the cookware for six persons.
At the entrance, a toilet and a hall opens to a covered terrace continued by a deck with barbecue and a garden with direct access to the pool.
On the second floor a toilet and two bedrooms with their bathrooms, the bedroom next to the garden enjoys a covered terrace.
It has capacity for 6 persons, this house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with linen, iron and an ironing board, hair-dryer and towel warmer. A baby cot may be included. Private parking in front of the house.

We truly enjoyed staying in St Maarten and this apartment was fantastic. Everything is within walking distance, safe and clean. The pool is steps away and in wonderful shape. Mylene was extremely helpful and very sweet. There was nothing we could ask for that she was not willing to help with. We highly recommend this property and would/will definitely be returning. thank you for having us!
We were very excited to stay in this location and as it turned out, this was one of the nicest subdivisions and locations on the island. Extremely safe place and we were VERY comfortable walking and driving around. However, we were not at all impressed with the accommodations. While the furniture is totally as you see in the photos, it's a very narrow place, and the owner is very .. shall we say,.... stingy in providing reasonable linens for the stay. We booked two weeks, and she gave us exactly one roll of toilet paper, one towel per person and one set of sheets per bed. We felt that was unreasonable and stingy. This owner should provide at least a few towels per person, and for any stay over a week at least a change of sheets for the beds. IT was obvious the pillows and bed covers had not recently been washed which was disgusting when we stripped the bed after our stay. While the place has 4 machines make coffee, it does not have even one extra towel for a person to put on their head after they shower. There was nothing for us to use to step on when we got out of the shower, and the bathrooms were not maintained. The master shower had NO hot water at all. There was one adapter for plugs, so anyone coming from the US needs more than a few adapters.
I was not impressed, and I found it hard to understand why all the other reviewers found it to be so nice. It was basic. Decent, but by no means impressive. The listing advertising satellite cable is a bit of a stretch. It has 4 French channels. Also and perhaps what was strangest of all - was that the owner did not take a deposit up front. Her listing mentions it, but she did not ask us for it when booking or make it a requirement before we landed. Instead, she said not one word about it before our trip, and when we arrived proceeded to ask us for $400 cash. I was flabbergasted, and of course told her I was not giving her cash for anything which is why I booked through the website. She agreed and said ok. Then a week later she did it again, showed up asking for cash with no warning. I told her if she was that worried I would gladly send her money online, but that it was unreasonable to show up unannounced, and she should handle this before. It was very weird, totally off-putting and makes me think this person doesn't do much rental work. If you want a deposit - take it up front. We would not stay in this particular unit again but the complex and area is lovely.
My wife, some friends and I spent a week in Mylene's amazing home in Saint Martin, where we had a wonderful time. Mylene was a gracious hostess and was incredibly accommodating--she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in her home and in her town. Upon arrival Mylene very kindly showed us around pointing out the markets and points of interest. We found home to be well appointed and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend staying here!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to the beach, and numerous restaurants. Kitchen was fully equipped (even though we ended up eating out it was so convenient). The pool was only steps away. PERFECT rental for 2 couples (there is also a sofa bed in the den).
My only complaint, if any, were the pillows on the beds were very small and thin. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience, and would rent this place again! The location just can't be beat!
We are a family of 3, frequent visitors of St. Martin during the winter. We like to go around a lot by car, but prefer to have a place within walking distance of the beach.
Henri's place proved to be confortable and cosy and was up to our expectations.
Henri was a friendly but nonintrusive host, and we would recommend this place to anyone not seeking luxury but a nice place from which to explore the island. Great value for money.
Here to tell you, his description doesn't begin to do justice to this wonderful place to stay in the middle of paradise ! I give this place and this owner my highest recommendation. We are already planning our return trip.
First, you are dealing directly with the owner rather than an agent, and he gives his full attention to the upkeep of the place and the well-being of the guests.
He communicates well, and answered all our questions ahead of time. He has no other commitments than to our arrival. The place is situated in a pseudo-gated development, in any case; the entire community is interested in everyone getting along and enjoying their time there.
The property is a town home, one of eight in this block. With another block adjacent, they share the large pool -- much larger than it appears in the photos, and it is even lighted at night. The local atmosphere is clearly one for families, with a number of well-mannered children in the local area.
The place is located at the best beach in all of St Martin -- Orient Bay -- a block away. Although it is located on the Atlantic side -- untenable for most Caribbean islands, this large bay is sheltered by extended points of land at each end and a couple of islets across the mouth. A sure sign of the protection is the number of yachts moored in the lee of the islets.
The beach is reasonably wide all along it's length, allowing room for numerous food and drink stands at the tree line, beach chairs and umbrellas in the middle, and gently-sloping surf zone where people walk and/or swim. There are water sports available -- jet skis, rides, para-sailing. And of course, this is an extension of Europe, and women and men are equally free to bare themselves equally.
The food is wonderful -- there are numerous places to eat and drink, and even purchase groceries -- from snacks to up-scale dining. And just down the road are two larger grocery stores, and a bit farther is the town of Grand Case with one main boulevard and door-to-door restaurants -- several with recognized ratings.
The place is clean inside, with modern appliances -- all the amenities he lists are there and serviceable. There is a/c through out -- quiet enough to be able to sleep. We suggest leaving all shoes by the door and laying a towel to keep from tracking sand throughout. Five stars!
