We loved spending a few days at this property. It's a clean space in an older building. We loved the feel of the space overall. It's very close to many restaurants and a starbucks that is within a short walking distance. The Lincoln Square area is awesome and is a great place to walk through and have lunch or dinner. Very close to almost anything you might need!
Lincoln Square is a great, family-friendly neighborhood. I brought my teenage daughter and niece to look at colleges and visit the sights of Chicago, and we weren't disappointed. The L was super convenient, the neighborhood felt very safe, many dining options available close by. We would definitely stay again!
I recently stayed four nights with my son and his wife and we had a wonderful time. The beds were comfortable, shower was very good, great kitchen (although I would want bigger coffee cups, being a coffee hog!) and overall apartment lay-out. This is a roomy apartment with nice furniture and comfortably sized bathroom. The building is in a great location near Lincoln Square with multiple restaurants nearby, a local supermarket, specialty wine store, and easy access to the Brown Line. This is the second time that I have stayed in this building and I am looking forward to coming again! Good for two couples, or a family for which the kids can share a bed. Great place!!!! Thank you Carl!
I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean and nicely appointed. The location is great for the social activity that can be found in Lincoln Square. The owner, Carl, was very accommodating and responded to all inquiries and requests in a timely manner. I would have no reservations re-booking at this location.
Great location and nice place to stay, neighborhood is quiet but only a few minutes walk to a busy street with everything you need. Very close to Wrigley field.
This is my third stay at one of Carl's lovely apartments, and it won't be my last. Great neighborhood and very convenient to my family members. Carl is very responsive and helpful. We loved out stay!
Lincoln Square is a lovely city-within-a-city, rich in culture, restaurants, bars, shops and activities. The neighborhood's heritage speaks of its Old World roots. Encircling the area is the Old Town School of Folk Music famous for music instruction and live performances, a library, a 15 acre park, movie theaters, coffee houses, the city's oldest bowling lanes, fitness clubs, unique shops, day spas, specialty grocers and more! Walk 2 blocks to the train and ride it to all of Chicago's exciting attractions. Lake Michigan's beaches, harbors and parks are a mile and a half away.
