Furnished to a very high standard with art and decoration sourced locally to promote the love of the Island, the apartment is just a short walk from Pacha, Talamanca Beach, the world famous Cavalli Club and the Ibiza Old Town Centre/ Sleeping upto 6 people this Duplex property is set across the 3rd and 4th floor of a modern apartment block . The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds. There also is a double sofa bed in the living room. All rooms have separate air conditioning and total black out shutters so you can relax in comfort. The open kitchen/dining area has an adjoining terrace with views to the marina and the Ibiza hills. It is perfect for al fresco dining or surfing the web with our personal high speed WiFi setup. The apartment is set in a modern, secure complex on the frontmost line of the marina, with lift access, parking and swimming pool. Marina Botafoc is one of the best locations in Ibiza. It’s very close to the beach, bars, restaurants, clubs and the busy 24hr Ibiza Town Centre.

Talamanca Beach: The Talamanca beach is about 300 meters from the apartment. Here you will find the bodies of the beautiful the rich and the famous who for one reason or another do not want to be spotted on the Salinas beach. With a hand full of very laid back and reasonably priced beach front cafes and restaurants, this is one of the best places to relax in peace and quite after a hard nights clubbing.

The Marina...: Morning breakfast can be had in the one of the Cafes that line the world famous Marina Botofoch Don’t be surprised to see A-list celebrities alongside famous DJ's sitting on the tables next to you. (The Ocean Drive building opposite is often used to accommodate them.) While you are there you can gaze over to the some 50 or so yachts berthed in the Marina, none of which are worth less than 500,000 euros.

What a delight

I first stayed in this apartment last yearand I have to say it is one of the best apartments I have rented in Ibiza. It is more like a real home than a holiday let, with lots of nice things to look at when you are chilling out. The location is perfect for me because I like going to the beach which is very close and also to Pacha which I always walk to. The best bit is that me and my friends go out in Ibza Town until 2 or 3 in the morning eating and drinking and we don’t have to worry about a taxi back (have you seen the queues in town at this time!!!) as we can take the water taxi home which drops us outside El Divino even at 3am in the morning. I just love living here when I am in Ibiza as it is always quiet in the apartment and of cause when I want to sleep in the day I just put the black out blinds down and the A/C on low and its pitch black with the perfect temperature… what a delight. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Superb stay at Ibiza

The apartment is nice and clean. Location made it super convenient we could walk to the beach as well as to near by clubs and restaurants. We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay - I can easily recommend it to anyone !

Beach Perfect

Apartment is very nice clean and pretty. Location is good for the bars and restaurants. in town. Beach is lovely and with food and drink and easy access. Taxi is easy to find by the club. Supermarket is beter by the pacha club but also one is the other side with the beach and not so expensive. This is very good place to stay.

Central and High Quality

Booking was trouble free and easy. The apartment is beautiful and

looks exactly like the pictures. The pool is really nice and there was

only one or two people in it at most. We found the restaurants on the

beach very good value for money and the food was excellent. I love the

fact you could walk to the beach in the morning and then to Pacha at

night. Basically this location was perfect for me as I dont really

like noise at night but I want to be close to actions. I was the fifth

person in the group to stay which menat I got the sofa bed. I have to

say it was ten times better than expected and I had my own bathroom on

the same floor. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a

high quality centrally located apartment. Thank you :)

Perfectly Central and beautiful beach

We stayed here in August. There were five of us and we fitted easily. The apartment is exactly as described in the adverts and the beach is fantastic. The restaurants were amazing and surprisingly reasonably priced given the location. We walked over to Pacha one night bit there was a huge queue so we chose not to go in but the bar next door (I think its called the Grail) was a perfect alternate. I would certainly recommend this place to stay – it is quiet but central.

We stayed in this apartment with friends and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable: 2 double beds, 2 single ones, and 2 bathrooms (which I found very comfortable: I need time to get ready to go out). The location is great: close to the Marina where we dine out, the Talamanca beach, and even more enjoyable: we could walk to go to the Pacha club! I do recommend this accommodation.

This luxury apartment is set over two floors (duplex) Downstairs is the Living room and Kitchen/Diner with a Terrace - perfect for outdoor dining. There is a seperate bathroom downstairs as well. Upstairs we have two bedrooms. One has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a small terrace, the other has two single beds. We have on site security and video cameras through out the complex. You cannot get a better location.
