Enjoy a short break in Boston in an elegant and historic building. Our building has recently undergone a $3m. renovation to recreate the splendor of the original Hotel Bellevue, in the 1890's. The location is perfect -- on Boston's famous Beacon Hill, in the heart of Government Center.
Our unit has hardwood parquet flooring, 13 foot ceilings, chandelier, floor to ceiling windows, bay windows in bedroom overlooking State House garden. Granite kitchen, marble bathroom, 2 Flat-screen TVs (45' in living room). High speed internet plus Wifi.
Step outside the beautifully furnished unit and enjoy the many restaurants, and cultural attractions of Boston. Relax on our large roof garden with views of the State House, Charles River, and Boston Common.

We have a wonderful time. boston, can't say enough about the beauty of the area. The history that we saw amazing!!! Your location in the heart of the city. Could not ask for more. Sat up on the roof top. Drank wine, ate cheese and crackers at sunset! What a view!
Vicinissimo a tutto: metro, stazione treni e bus, parco, luoghi storici, negozi, ristoranti, musei, attrazioni. Abbiamo sempre girato a piedi senza nessuna difficoltà.
Lo stabile è piacevole ed è dotato di una terrazza comune al decimo piano con una bella vista panoramica sul parco Boston Common e su Downtown.
L'appartamento è molto spazioso e confortevole, ragionevolmente ben attrezzato.
Jonathan's apartment was the perfect home base for our week stay in Boston. Great location in the middle of everything. Easily walkable to all sites from Fenway Park to Bunker Hill. Fantastic Roche Bros. grocery store a couple blocks away. Apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. Sunsets from the roof deck were gorgeous. Will definitely book again next time we are in town. Can't say enough about the apartment!
We spent the second week of April at Jonathan's Beacon Hill apartment. It's a short 1.5 block walk from the Park St. "T" station and smack dab in the middle of anywhere you'd want to explore, whether by walking or the "T". The various concierges inside the front door were very friendly and helpful and manned an array of security cameras. The apartment itself is surprisingly bright and large feeling, and the newly upgraded kitchen is perfectly functional. We didn't need to buy anything other than food; it's well stocked with everything you'll need. The bed is comfy with a memory foam pad, but for me that makes for warmer sleeping. The bath has no counter space but does have a shelved medicine cabinet. The remodeled tub/shower is great: excellent Kohler fixtures, lots of hot water and good water pressure. Overall the apartment is exceedingly comfortable and quite quiet, even though it is right on the street and 3 stories up from the 21st Amendment bar. And did I mention the LOCATION?! Morning espresso drinks are close and really good: Capitol House Coffee (authentic Italian guys that are worth the price of admission), Boston Brewin (organic, fair traded, tiny place), Thinking Cup (Stumptown beans, great latte art). Try Lukes down by Copley Square for really good lobster rolls at half the price of Legal. Boston Sail Loft for great clam chowder. Lo Conte in the North End for authentic and really good Italian food. Mike's Pastry (get the LobsterTail, it's better than the famous cannoli IMHO). Myers + Chang has amazingly flavorful eats and is worth the journey. Anywho, I recommend Jonathan's apartment wholeheartedly and will rent again if/when we return to this great city. PS- the Duck tour is over hyped unless you want silly entertainment with a bit of history thrown in. Walk the Freedom Trail and then walk some more. History comes alive.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Beacon Hill. Traveling with two children and not being familiar with the area, I always felt safe and liked the secure building. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, and just a few steps from the MA State House, Boston Common and the Public Garden. We enjoyed walking around Charles Street as well. We were able to walk to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, and Mikes Pastry in the North End with no problem.
The apartment is well furnished and well cared for - instructions for everything were left in a binder so that helped a lot. The kitchen came in handy when having tea and coffee in the evening, light breakfast in the morning, and wifi was useful as well. It was snowing one day and raining hard another, but the apartment was cozy and had enough blankets and furnishings for a comfortable stay. Shampoo was helpful too, so I didn't need to make a trip to the store! During a break in the rain we enjoyed the gorgeous view from the rooftop deck.
Thank you Jonathan for being so proactive and responsive to all of our questions and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. We will love staying here again during our next visit!
Great location near Boston Common in lovely neighbourhood with Metro nearby. Jon is very attentive owner and responds almost immediately to any query. Apartment has everything you need in a safe and secure building . The roof deck is amazing and same floor laundry works well. Convenience store downstairs and plenty eating options nearby makes for a relaxing stay . 3rd floor apartment so may be some street noise on a Friday or Saturday night but only revellers and not traffic noise. The building is generally very quiet and had no sleep issues for my week stay . A great walking neighbourhood and the Common and Public Gardens are perfect places to relax after playing tourist for the day
What a wonderful holiday in Boston!! The condo was perfect in every way--especially its location. We spent the entire two weeks walking around Boston from the North End to the South End. We loved having a concierge/secure building and the amazing rooftop deck was an added bonus. The condo was perfectly clean and very spacious--we wanted for nothing. We very much appreciated that the condo was complete with street maps, walking tour guides and general tourist information. We walked to restaurants every evening and bought great groceries at two nearby fantastic supermarkets. We loved the convenience of the laundry at the end of the hall. We were one block from Boston's public transportation which we needed to use only rarely. We had the best breakfast at Paramount and more than one fabulous dinner at Toscano's, both on Charles Street. This condo exceeded its description in so many ways and Jonathan was always helpful and responsive. We definitely love Boston and we also loved this condo!!!!
