About the property

Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Enjoy a short break in Boston in an elegant and historic building. Our building has recently undergone a $3m. renovation to recreate the splendor of the original Hotel Bellevue, in the 1890's. The location is perfect -- on Boston's famous Beacon Hill, in the heart of Government Center.

Our unit has hardwood parquet flooring, 13 foot ceilings, chandelier, floor to ceiling windows, bay windows in bedroom overlooking State House garden. Granite kitchen, marble bathroom, A 45" flat-screen TV in the living room, and high speed internet plus Wifi.

Step outside the beautifully furnished unit and enjoy the many restaurants, and cultural attractions of Boston. Relax on our large roof garden with views of the State House, Charles River, and Boston Common.

Great location, nice space and love the rooftop deck in any weather! We love the place and even hosted a small Saturday morning brunch for four.

Great location, very comfortable!

  • 5 of 5

This location is outstanding for access to downtown, tourist sites, the T, and wonderful restaurants in Beacon Hill. You can walk everywhere, and getting public transportation or an Uber is a breeze.

Jonathan, our host, is so gracious and helpful. He is quick to respond to any issues, and checks up to make sure everything is ok. You couldn't ask for a better host!

The one bedroom apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, and (unlike many old buildings in Boston) has an elevator and a security person on duty.

This is our second stay in Jonathan's unit, and we certainly look forward to returning again!

Nice Quiet Stay

  • 5 of 5

Very nice and well equipped apartment right in the center of where you want to be. Easy walk to all the sites. Jonathan was very easy to deal with - no hassles or headaches. Would highly recommend this place for couples.

Perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

This lovely property in Beacon Hill was perfect for our trip to Boston! We walked pretty much everywhere we needed to go except for a couple of times we took the T (to Fenway Park and the Samuel Adams brewery) The apartment is steps away from the start of the Freedom Trail, close to many restaurants, and is a cool authentic piece of Boston. Communication with Jonathan was seemless. Beacon Hill is an absolutely beautiful area! We felt completely safe walking after dark. My recommendations: walk the Freedom Trail, breakfast at the Beacon Hill Bistro, take the North End Pizza Tour, go on the Duck tour to get a good overview of the whole city, hang outside of the Quincy Market and listen to the performers, grab some pastries at Modern, and dinner at the Barking Crab.

Charming and comfortable in the perfect location.

  • 5 of 5

Living area is spacious and welcoming. Kitchen is set up efficiently with coffee maker and coffee for an early morning pot without going out. Bed is very comfortable with loads of pillow choices, fresh linens, and extra blankets. Perfect location with nice door- person security. I will be back for future stays!

Perfect Location to Tour Boston

  • 5 of 5

From my initial reach out to ask questions about the condo and location, Jonathan was helpful, responsive and thorough. Prior to our arrival, Jonathan sent all necessary info to make the check in process simple. After one day we realized that the location of the condo is perfect for touring the city. There are no Boston landmarks that are further than 1.5 miles from the condo and the freedom trail is less than a block. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We experienced some light rain during our trip, however Jonathan reached out several time with ideas on what we could visit to avoid the weather. We travel a lot, his hospitality ranked up at the top. Cannot wait to return again.
