Whether your stay is business or leisure you can without having to drive or go to the courthouse located 200 m, or discover the city, its islands, museums, the Basilica of Our Lady of the guard, take the ferry boat to visit the neighborhood cart ,, shopping, going to the cinema to theater, to the opera, the old port every morning to the fish market and Saturday at the flower market or just have a drink or deguster a bouillabaise.

To sum fully enjoy the city as you please and without constraints.

Note the presence of a secure car parks nearby. and numerous bus lines and a subway station.

Wonderful place to stay

Staying here will be a joy, not only do you have a great view of life below you have a comfortable and well equipment apartment that let's you have your privacy. Great location & facilities apart from the low ceiling upstairs, it was fabulous. Thankyou, I would stay here again:)

Location good (and not so) depending on your purpose in Marseille

-Located in the hip, centrally-located Vieux Port area of Marseille overlooking a busting, restaurant-filled plaza. Lots of night life.


-Good security doors into both the building and the apartment

-Very near multiple grocery stores, many restaurants in all directions, and not far from the Metro

-Recommend for a young couple or friends sharing the cost of a vacation apartment


Because of its location, the noise is uncontrollable or unpredictable:

-On the weekends we were there, the plaza wasn't quiet until 5:00 a.m. the next morning

-One weekday night, a band played in the restaurant right below the apartment from 10:00 p.m.-2:00 a.m.

-Another weekday night, a city crew power-washed the stairs right beside the apartment from midnight to 3:00 a.m.

-More appropriate size for three adult-sized people or two adults/two small children. Sofa bed is small for two people (also dips in the middle).

Wonderful position

Apartment was exactly as described. It was great to overlook the square. Very comfortable with basic kitchen facilities. It was near to all sights, also handy local shops nearby for basics. I would recommend it.

Comfortable, nicely priced, well appointed space

A clean, really nicely renovated space which preserves the feeling of the original building, with excellent light and a soaring ceiling in the living/dining/kitchen area -- and the air conditioning handily took care of the hottest of days, though the upper level was still a bit stuffy. Tall windows overlook a lovely plaza filled with a variety of restaurants. It can be a bit noisy in the late evening, but the law requires outside music to stop at a reasonable hour (double glazing would be a great solution!). The loft area is fine, with a very comfortable bed though there is no storage there for clothes, and only limited storage in the lower space. The ceiling and beams there are quite low, so if you are more than 5'8 (173 cm) you will have to walk hunched over. This goes for the tub/shower where it is impossible to stand upright. The person who met me to give me the keys and take them again at the end of my stay was very helpful. Good grocery shopping in the immediate area. While the description states "American Kitchen" -- it is not. Certainly ample for modest stove cooking, but there is no real oven and the fridge is undercounter. A terrific place at the price, however and I would certainly recommend it! Note: the cleaning deposit of 400 euros must be made In Cash at the start of your stay.

En general muy bien, la ubicación excelente y el departamento también , hay 2 críticas una la ducha es muy baja y te tienes que bañar arrodillado, y la otra decía tener servicio de Tv pero nunca anduvo a pesar de que la propietaria lo sabia dejo un nuevo control a los 3 días pero tampoco anduvo.
