A self catering rental with views over the sea and golf course.

Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf is perched on the rising land overlooking the golf course with sea views over the Mediterranean which form the backdrop to this idyllic setting. It is located in the exclusive district of Elviria. It is 30 mins from Malaga airport and 20 mins from the millionaire’s paradise port of Puerto Banus, popular for its restaurants and high life. In addition to Santa Maria golf course there are several other renowned golf courses nearby. Close to beaches and the picturesque port of Cabopino. For families there are many attractions including: Tivoli World, Aqualand, Zoo, cable car. There are tennis courts and bowling in the complex.

Elviria La Romana beach is approximately 5 minutes away by car and is one of the best on the coast. During the Summer months there is jet skiing and water skiing along with fun boats for the kids.

And for the adults there is Nikki Beach behind the 5* Don Carlos resort boasting it's infamous beach parties each week through the summer.

The Costa Del Sol / Malaga Region: The Costa del Sol is the quickest route to the sun. The best climate in Europe and great beaches that are more accessible thanks to improving infrastructure. There is a rich mixture of cultural & historic sites for those that want to explore along the coastline. For those that want to wine & dine after a hard days sunbathing then there are countless top quality restaurants, trendy bars and discos. For those with families there are many opportunities to try different water and land sporting activities as well as spending a relaxing day on one of the many beaches on the Costa del Sol. You really do have an opportunity to have a wonderful holiday whether it's peaceful and relaxing, or sporty and hectic you will find what you are looking for on the Costa del Sol.

Marbella / Elviria Area: Elviria is an established part of Marbella and only 30 minutes from Malaga airport. The area has a mixture of apartments, villa's and large townhouses. Los Lagos de Santa Maria apartments are a 15 minute walk to two commercial centres, where there is a good selection of fine restaurants, bars and shops including two Supermarkets - one open late at night and Sundays.

The Elviria La Romana beach is approximately 5 minutes by car or 25 min walk.

If you fancy some ten pin bowling or some shopping in fashionable shops and boutiques try La Canada (pronounced Canyada) a huge shopping centre only a 10 minutes from Los Lagos in the Marbella direction. A further 5 - 10 minutes further on and you arrive at the millionaires hang-out in beautiful Puerto Banus for even more great shops, restaurants and fabulous yachts in the port.

The Elviria area is a golfers paradise with many fine courses located nearby. Apart from the magnificent 18 hole Santa Maria course.

How to get there: Approximately 30 minutes by car from Malaga Airport. Taxis are also widely available at the airport.

Take the AP7/E15 toll road towards Cadiz on leaving the airport (keep right for slip road on). Leave the toll road at the Calahonda exit and take the A7/N340 coast road in the direction of Marbella. Elviria / Santa Maria exit is at the 192 km marker and is the exit after Cabopino and then Las Chapas.

Nearby Landmarks: Look out for the tall Don Carlos hotel on the horizon off to the left just after the Las Chapas exit (at night the sign is lit in large blue letters). On seeing this hotel you are only half a mile to the turning

Great Apartment & So Peaceful

From the first contact to the last with Joe and Gerry the owners, our journey was made so easy. The attention to detail in the information pack was the best I have encountered, anywhere. Their assistance, prompt communication and financial transactions were great. The apartment is beautifully maintained and clearly Joe and Gerry's cleaner has a pride in their role in looking after the property too. Spacious, modern and with every amenity in the apartment you would wish for. We had a fabulous time from the base of a great location and visited, Nerja, Benalmadena, Lake Vinuela, Marbella, Cabopino & Gibraltar. the local Restaurants in Elviria boast a good selection and variation of options and we enjoyed dining in the ones we chose. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended.

Stunning Apartment Fabulous location

We have returned from a fabulous holiday at Joe and Gerry's beautiful apartment. The apartment is one of the loveliest we have stayed in. A real home from home with all of the amenities you could possibly wish for. A 5 minute drive down the hill and you have all the restaurant / supermarkets and amazing beach you could wish for.

We look forward to our next holiday .😎

Great Apartment & Great Location

Joe and Geraldine who own the property couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment is located on a golf complex in Elviria. A short drive takes you to the beach and both Marbella and Fuengirola are in easy reach. The apartment is very well appointed including air conditioning and Wifi with a parking space in the garage under. There is a small pool adjacent and a larger pool two minutes walk up the road. Both are well maintained with free sun loungers. The family really enjoyed trips to Fuengirola to the water park and Bio Parc as well as the tree tops adventure centre just down the road. My son and I played the nearby Par 3 golf course at Greenlife using clubs that Joe lent to us for our stay. We ate out at the local square in Elviria or in Marbella in the evenings - plenty of choice to suit all pockets.

Overall we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the apartment to others.

You Won't Be Disappointed!

I can only echo what most of the other guests have written. This is a beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed and secure apartment in a good location. The apartment is even better than the photographs suggest.

Everything we could have wanted was in the apartment. The showers are noteworthy as they were the most powerful we have ever come across.

From the initial booking through to the return of the breakage deposit, Joe & Geraldine were extremely friendly and helpful. This is certainly an apartment we would like to return to one day.

A stylish and fabulous home in a stunning location

We Could not praise this apartment enough, both stylish and comfortable . Beautiful furniture both indoor and outdoor Aircon,wifi,TV,the list is endless It has spectacular views and the location is perfect. Golf course is amazing and everything is spotless.We hired a car as we wanted to travel a bit on our stay but the walk to the shops and restaurants is about 15 minutes and helps walk off all that nice food.Thanks for everything Joe and Geraldine you couldn't have been more helpful and we look forward to our return stay in August,Thanks again, Lisa & Sean

Fabulous ... Outstanding... Home from home

Our first impression was WoW...... There is everything in this apartment you could wish for from tasteful furnishings to a roll of Sellotape!!!!!

It was spotlessly clean..... A bag of ice and water waiting in the fridge/freezer ......

There are 2 spacious balconies with lovely furniture and a fab view our to sea, where you can catch the sun all day long.

The kitchen has every utensil & gadget you would need..... Even an ice bucket for the champers!!!!!

There were 2 sets of golf clubs for us to use free if charge. We had a lovely game of golf @ Greenlife, and a lovely lunch afterwards.

The apartment is a pleasant 20 minute walk approx to the shops/restaurants.

This 2 a bed apartment with a fab powerful shower... This is one of our things :))..... The apartment is fab for 2 couples as there are 2 separate bathrooms.

All you need to pack is your clothes and toiletries as there is everything you need from and iPod docking station to a hair dryer & straighteners....

We have never stayed in Elviria before but loved it very much. It is a fab base to explore the Marbella Coast... A car is needed.

We have already booked to go back next April. Joe & Geraldine Archbold are very friendly and were on hand should we have any questions.
