Very well equipped apartment with all mod cons and ski room

The Snow building is in the heart of the resort facing the children's park.

Their location guarantees peace and is sheltered from the noise of cinema exits, restaurants or discotheques.

All shops are nearby, a supermarket is at the foot of the building and all activities and shops are very close.

At the heart of the resort, you will be the first one to attend all animations offered by the resort, restaurants, cinemas, etc are two steps away.

No difficult routes: you put on you skis in front of the building and when returning put them out while coming back from your sporting activity at the same place. Nothing could be simpler!!

Recently renovated studios and comfortably laid out to make your stay the nicest possible.

The dining area has one open plan kitchen with all the comfort needed: cooking hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, dishwasher and all necessary utensils.

In the living section, a table can seat two people and excellent beds which can be folded up against the wall offer more space. When those beds are opened they make two bunk beds.

Bathroom with shower.

Ski equipment is stored in the apartment's entrance.

2-3 room luxury apartment renovated at the end of the year 2012 with two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub).

New open plan kitchen with all appliances: large ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and all necessary utensils.

In the living area is a real bed which can be folded up and one extra single bed.

In the first bedroom are two single beds against the window which can be joined to make a 160 cm bed.

And in the second bedroom are excellent beds which can be folded up against the wall and allow to make space during the day. When those beds are opened, they make two bunk beds.

Bathroom with shower close to the entrance and living room and a second bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

Private ski room adjoining to the apartment.

Magnificent 3 room apartment being renovated and available from December.

Apartment located in the Snow building in a peaceful area and in the heart of the resort.

By following the annexed plan by photos:

Entering the apartment, you will access the dining area including an open plan kitchen with all commodities: oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, etc. and a first bathroom with hand basin and shower. In the living section is a real bed that can be folded up (this is not a sofa-bed) as well as another single bed.

In the second part there are two bedrooms, in the first bedroom there are two single beds on the window side which can be joined to make a large 160 cm width bed, dressing along the wall, and in the other bedroom are two bunk beds which can be folded up against the wall for more space also with a dressing along the wall.

In this section is a second bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

Private ski storage in the corridor.

Super appartement, très bien conçu avec ses 2 salles de bain et détail non négligeable il dispose de 2 téléviseurs. Rien ne manque, déco rouge jusqu'à la vaisselle.

Literie de bonne qualité.

Belle vue et calme absolu.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Affaires cassées,parois trop fines,dommage

Les toilettes sales à l'arrivée, la cuvette des toilettes cassée, les portes manteaux et la paume de douche qui vous restent dans les mains, éclairages insuffisants on ne voyait rien le soir, le wifi ne marche qu'avec la télé allumée. Les parois entre les pièces trop fines aucune intimité, Matelas correct dans le deux pièces mais mort dans le studio.

Bref les travaux dans le deux trois pièce ont été faits à la va vite avec du matériel de mauvaises qualité. Le studio a besoin d'un nouveau canapé lit, et a quatre dans le studio on se marche dessus. Dommage car l'emplacement est bon et avec peu de choses de bonne qualité cela aurait pu être beaucoup mieux.

Owner's Response: pas de réponse spéciale, car le succès rencontré par l'appartement parle de lui-même ; les réservations pour la saison prochaine ont déjà été demandées par des locataires de cet hiver et d'autres l'ayant visité que nous n'avions pas pu accueillir. On rencontre toujours des éternels insatisfaits c'est la nature humaine emalheureusement, Cet appartement est superbe, réalisé avec des matériaux de premier choix et par des entreprises savoyardes dont le sérieux et le sens du bien fait n'est plus à démontrer
