Conveniently located fifty meters from the Place de l'Etoile and the Champs Elysées, you will be both in a quiet street in the heart of the capital.

The place is very nice and also very close to Ternes, an authentic area of Paris, charming, with its famous Poncelet Market (open every day except Monday), many shops, restaurants, and the flower market Place des Ternes.

Historic building, 1880’s, Parisian, secured by a coded door and lift.

This large bright three-room of 85 m2, with Air conditioning in the apartment located on the fourth floor, with elevator, completely renovated and refurbished in 2011, includes a hall, a spacious lounge, one room with a Queen size bed 1x160, the other is a twin-bedded room 2 x 80 cm who can be transformed in a Queen size bed 1x160, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen.

This three-room has all the modern comfort and is equipped with two cable TV, high speed internet (wireless and wired), and a phone with unlimited calls to landlines in France, Europe, the United States, Canada and to many other countries.

Its refined decoration makes a 'home sweet home' that will delight you.

All windows of the apartment are double glazed.

For music lovers, the Salle Pleyel is only 5 minutes.

Paris warned ourselves, we offer suggestions and advice to our visitors to enjoy the stay in Paris (theaters, cultural tours, events, good restaurants etc.).

Just 100 meters from the Arc de Triomphe, in the eighth district, often simply called the triumphal arch, built in 1830 by Napoleon. You will be at the heart of Paris and its major avenues. Indeed, the Arc de Triomphe has a huge roundabout twelve avenues breakthroughs in the nineteenth century. These avenues radiate in a star around the place including the Avenue Kleber, Avenue de la Grande Armee, Avenue de Wagram and, of course, the Champs Elysees. Paving stones of different colors draw on the floor of the place two stars whose peaks reach for the middle of a void, the other between the avenues.

With such a location, in other words you will be at the heart of everything in the vicinity of most major brands of French and international prestige and the very famous Parisian luxury hotels such as Bristol, the Crillon, the George V, the Plaza-Athénée, etc. ..

very close to major museums in Paris: the Louvre, the Grand Palais, the Petit Palais, the Orangerie, the Musée Jacquemart André, Nissim de Camondo etc.., close to the Place des Ternes and the flower market with its Green sheds and commercial life, not far from the Salle Pleyel and the first lines of antique Avenue Saint Honore.

Very direct paths will take you to the Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare de Lyon and easy connections to the airports of Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle.

CUISINE : modern and fully equipped with space for breakfast offers all the comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, cooker hob and oven full, many cupboards, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker).

THE FIRST ROOM : very calm and clear court-oriented, with a very comfortable bed (mattress 160 x 190), numerous closets and TV.

THE SECOND ROOM : very calm and clear-oriented street, with two single beds that can be combined.

BATHROOM & WC : bathroom consists of a large bath and double washbasin. The toilet is separate.

THE LIVING ROOM : spacious lounge of 35 m2 with two comfortable sofas, a table style and four chairs allow you to relax and dine comfortably.

Particular attention was given to the choice of furniture and lighting. Many antiques objects.

The living room has a high quality multimedia equipment: large flat screen TV and wireless Internet connection.

We really enjoyed the location and the facilities were perfect.

It was also easy access to Stade de France and we enjoyed the game, particularly as Australia won. However the crowd was great and the atmosphere fantastic !!!

The perfect home away from home

What a beautiful appartment. Everything we needed right down to the sticky tape to wrap gifts. We stayed over Christmas and enjoyed the brilliant position and very comfortable living area. Getting around Paris was simple with the metro so close. This will be our go to home whenever we travel in that lovely city. We strongly recommend this appartment.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for four nights in late August, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The apartment itself is larger than we expected and extremely well equipped - the furniture is lovely and comfortable, the kitchen is thoughtfully designed and the bed linens are a very nice quality. It is very convenient to the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, but is also at the edge of a nice residential neighborhood with wonderful small shops. In particular, there is a traditional market street a few blocks away on Rue Poncelet complete with green grocer, butcher shop, fromagerie and patisserie. It's true that the traditional brasseries in the neighborhood are pricey, but the Thai restaurants are very good. If you are traveling with kids, my daughters (8 and 10) particularly liked Parc Monceau which is a short walk away. One caution is that in traditional Parisian fashion, the elevator is tiny. That was okay since we mostly preferred to take the stairs (four flights up), BUT it was tricky trying to get all of our luggage in plus one person to hit the right buttons.

Nice Apartment; Touristy Location

This Paris apartment looks even better in person than in the pictures. It is beautiful, clean, and spacious. In fact, it is the most spacious apartment we stayed in during our 3 week European vacation.

The beds were comfortable, and the living room provided a nice place to relax together. The kitchen was superbly stocked. The owner also leaves a binder with several suggestions about nearby restaurants and shops.

There were only a few things that we didn't love, and some of them simply couldn't be avoided. Still, I want to pass on my experience so others can make an informed decision.

We visited in the heat of late July; therefore, we left the windows open at night to try and cool the apartment. Unfortunately, this let in many mosquitoes, and we woke up each morning with new bites. I'm sure that in the fall and winter, this is probably not a big deal, and I don't really know what could be done to avoid this, other than putting in window screens.

Also, the bathtub/shower situation may seem a bit strange to an American. There is a small tub in the corner of the bathroom. Attached is a hand-held shower head. There is no curtain around this tub. Therefore, one must either take a bath every morning, take a shower sitting down, or take a standing shower and just accept that the bathroom is going to get very wet. I managed fine by standing in the corner of the tub and pointing the sprayer towards me. But, it's still an awkward experience and not exactly the best way to start a morning.

Finally, the location of this apartment is nice if you want to walk the Champs Elysee. It also has access to both very touristy restaurants and very famous 5-star restaurants. However, it did not exude a "typical Parisan neighborhood" feel. If I were to return to Paris, I would want to stay in the Marais district, or in St. Germain.

Overall, this is a beautiful and spacious apartment with a few small flaws. Ultimately, I wouldn't stay here again, but only because I think that there are better locations in Paris.

Lovely Apartment, perfect location

This beautiful apartment made Paris a wonderful place to visit! Walking into the apartment we felt we were entering a museum, it is that lovely! The Manager was there to greet us on our arrival and was very helpful in showing us around the apartment (which is filled with everything a traveler could ever need), and answering questions about how to get to where we hoped to visit. It is only 2 blocks from the Arc di Triumph, and the Champs Elysee, a subway stop, walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and River Seine, the Louvre and the many museums and attractions. Restaurants with delicious food, fruit markets, a market, little shops, are all on or near this lovely little street. Anyone visiting Paris would improve their stay by choosing this beautiful apartment! I hope we can stay there again some day and would recommend it to anyone wanting a perfect stay in Paris!

An amazing apartment in a great location!

I cannot believe our good fortune at booking a stay in this apartment. In all my travels I think this is the most wonderful place we have stayed. So spacious, with two large bedrooms, large bathroom well appointed kitchen big windows and such ambience. I actually wanted to spend more time inside with wine and dinner. It is exactly as pictured but prettier and the location is perfect for Paris. So easy to get everywhere. There are very good restaraunts on the street and a wonderful street market just three blocks over with food and goodies and fruit and vegetables, books, clothes and other bits. The owner and manager are very kind and respond very quickly to needs.

This place makes for the perfect stay in Paris and this is my fourth time in Paris. I will definitely stay here again if I return. Thank you for a great stay .
