This is an entire villa, not a condo or townhome, and you will have sole and exclusive occupancy of the entire premises, including entire grounds and both buildings.

With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2200 square feet between the main house and detached studio, there’s plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out and be comfortable. There are three queen beds, two twin sized beds, a futon sofa couch, and a sectional sofa.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No visitors are allowed at any time other than the registered guests, and the registered guest count cannot be exceeded at any time. The maximum occupancy is 8. This limit does not only apply to sleepovers - but to visitors AT ANY TIME.

The home has two unique offerings.

The music studio, with its vaulted ceilings and multiple isolation booths, is a part of Los Angeles music history. It was created by one of the founders of the band, Trotsky Icepick, in the mid-1980's, and used at times by Paramount Records. In 1989, the property was sold, and the studio fell into neglect. Purchased and refurbished by the current owner in 1996, this studio home hosted Venice fixtures Ballyrag and Squick, the engineers of Groovetree Recording, and Nova Blue, and many others. Engineers have tuned the sound room over the decades with baffles and foam to produce a perfect sound ambiance beloved by recording artists, engineers, and DJ's alike. In 2017-2018, it was used for several months by the world famous band, Rufus Du Sol. They created a promo shot on the property, which is the video shown on this listing. Please note, their gear is their own, and is not included in rentals of this property :-)

The studio comprises 600 square feet, with a live room, control room, isolation booths, triple-pane glass window between rooms, and silent pro quality ducted air conditioning. It can alternate as office space, a yoga or meditation studio, or whatever your imagination can summon.

The other standout feature of the home is the newly constructed modern salt water pool. It features a waterfall infinity spa, multiple shelf levels, and a diving deep end.

Pool maintenance is normally on Tuesdays and Fridays, and landscape maintenance is on Wednesdays, during the day. Check in time in 4pm, check out time is 11am.

Please ensure your guest count is accurate. Guests include all persons on premises, whether sleeping or visiting. These rules are in strict accordance to insurance and liability obligations, and city licensing.

Rates are for up to 8 persons, extra guests are $25/day. Occupancy is determined by persons on premises at any time.

ID of booking person must be provided within 24 hours of booking, along with a list of names of all visitors.
