Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment with sea and mountain views.

This luxury first floor apartment with private roof garden is part of a small complex of 6 apartments with a large shared swimming pool, situated in the village of Emba, which is a 10 minutes drive from the lively areas of Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay where you can find a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The village has tavernas, mini supermarket, theatre and two beautiful churches. A large supermarket is just 1/2 a mile away. The balconies and roof garden have spectacular views, on one side the blue waters of the Mediterranean, and to the other the Troodos Mountains, they provide a perfect area for sunbathing, eating and enjoying the romantic sunsets.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with twin beds, there are 2 bathrooms including 1 en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar. A spacious lounge includes a furnished dining area. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. All window have Fly Screens fitted.

A luxury self-catering holiday rental close to beaches and many tourist attractions. And only 20 minutes from Paphos International Airport

OUTSIDE: Stairs lead to the private roof garden which is ideal for barbecues and relaxing,it is equipped with sun umbrella, table and chairs, loungers and barbecue. The shared large swimming pool has shower. WC and changing facilities, loungers and sun umbrella adjacent to a garden area. Front and rear balconies with sea and mountain views respectively have table and chairs.

GOLF: There are 3 championship 18 hole golf courses (par around 71/72) within easy reach. TsadaGolf Club is 20 minutes drive from Paphos, Secret Valley golf course is about 20km east of Paphos and the 5 star Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex slightly further on. Golf Driving Range and mini Golf Course are about 2km away.

SKIING: There is skiing and snowboarding from January to March in the Troodos Mountains, about 2hrs drive from Paphos. If you are hardy, you can ski in the morning and swim in the sea in the afternoon!

Perfect for a relaxing holiday :)

We love our stay in Emba! The villa was spacious, clean, quiet and had loads of private outside spaces. There's a shared pool but we were the only ones who seemed to use it (and lie beside it) during our 2 week stay. The roof terrace is gorgeous and gives an amazing view of the surrounding area and the stunning sunset over the ocean. The villa is perfectly located for sightseeing and visits to the beach.

Carol was a brilliant communicator before and during our stay. She emailed thorough details (and replied promptly to my emails) and there was lots of helpful advice and notes left in the villa.

Would definitely stay again! :)

As per the pictures the apartment is first class we have stayed at the apartment over the last few years and enjoy the area

If you wish to see the island you will need a car

Supermarket close by. travel into Pahos by car 10mins

Pool is well kept the roof has chairs and barbecue with great views at sunset

just back from a first class hoilday, apartment is excellent and good base to see the sights, you do need a car, all restaurants we found to give good service using the ones away from the front prices were better value, the apartment has all you need to eat in or stay by the pool

Si vous aimez un intérieur vaste, clean, bien conçu, bien équipé et très agréable. Si vous appréciez une piscine superbe et le calme vous aimerez cette location.

Elle est très bien située pour découvrir PAPHOS et ses sites historiques - les plages immenses et sauvages de la péninsule d'Akamas (en 4X4) , les montagnes de Troodos aux villages typiques et églises bizantines...n'hésitez plus, c'est la location qu'il vous faut. Nous avons BEAUCOUP appriécié la discrétion des propriétaires et surtout leur grande attention à répondre à nos questions et besoins.

Apartment in Emba, Paphos, Cyprus

The apartment was lovely and very well appointed. It was very clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony were fantastic and the sunsets will long be remembered. The village of Emba was an ideal base for visiting the beautiful coastline, the Troodos mountains and the archaelogical sites. Kykkos Monastery is well worth a visit. Entering the church leaves you speechless. We would recommend a Meze in the "Amazing Restaurant" in the village by the church on a Friday evening with live Greek music. A wonderful atmosphere dining alongside the local villagers! Great food at "The Moorings" Restaurant down in Paphos overlooking the sea. The help and advice passed on to us before we left home was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to a friend or relative.

Emba is a pretty village between Paphos town & Coral Bay about 10 min drive to each. Emba was an important agricultural centre in medieval times & has a 13th century church with excellent icons & restored frescoes. The village has small shops, Restaurant & traditional Cypriot tavernas. Local villages,Tala,Kissonerga,Chloraka & Pegia are a short drive away with more bars & restaurants. In Kato Paphos there is picturesque harbour where you can watch the world go by in the open air cafes & restaurants along the key side. For the more adventurous night-life Paphos town is the place with many nightclubs & bars. Coral bay is a self contained mini resort with beautiful beaches & water sport facilities. Other tourist attractions such as Tomb of the Kings, Water parks, Go-Karting, Golf driving range and 3 Golf-courses nearby. Fancy a drive the Akamas Pennisular, Turtle Bay, Pissouri and Latchi the birth place of Aphrodite, The Troodos Mountains and Adonis Bath are not to be missed.
