Rent T2 facing the port (PORT VUE, Lérins Islands and Cap d'Antibes).

GULF JUAN Rent 1 GRAND T2 (Any Comfort) - 54m2 - with TERRACE FACE to PORT (13M2, Plein Sud, with 2 Large Electric Blinds) - (1st floor), with 1 GARAGE closed and 1 Very Beautiful POOL; Reversible climate control . Sleeps 4 (1 Queen bed (2M / 1M60) in the room + 1 Convertible (2M / 1M40) in the Stay) Kitchen Equipped with: Washer, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Freezer, Microwave, Oven ... The terrace is equipped with 4 chairs Garden and 1 bathroom with dining table. Facing us, PORT, ahead, to right, the Lerins Islands and the Cap d'Antibes Left! 2 TV's are New, one in the living room, 3D Compatible Internet with a DVD player, the other in the House, smaller, fixed to the wall at the end of the bed. 2 Large Glazed Berries (one in the bedroom and one in the living) allow us to access our Grand Terrace and especially admire the port with its 'back and forth' boats from these 2 Rooms ! 2 Large Closets, one in the House and one in the entrance hall, allow plenty of Storage. Our Closed Garage (private) in the basement and garage for bicycles (common) are very useful, especially in July and August! The bathroom includes 1 Shower, 1 sink and bidet 1 - Very Beautiful pool in the residence. Many accessories for Household Cooking. The building, plush, of course with a lift. Given the location (opposite the Heart of Port), the Sandy beaches: East, (Côté Juan / Antibes is quite long because it does not stop at Cap d'Antibes after skirting the Juan Center the Pines) and West (Cannes side) are each in 4 minutes walk. Many Shops at 3/4 minutes, (bakery, Tobacco with newspapers 200M). A Superb 'Marina' starts at 50M or qqs second walk. The SNCF station is 4 minutes walk away and provides 4mn in Cannes or Juan les Pins / Antibes 4MN too!.. Tel: 0609628937.

Excellente location de vacances

>Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement auquel il ne manque rien, si bien que vous avez l'impression d’être "chez vous", la vue sur la mer en bonus. Le logement est très bien meublé, chic et lumineux. Nous étions 3 et avions bien assez de place. La literie est également très confortable ce qui est loin d'être le cas de nombreuses locations. Tout est accessible à pied et il est fort appréciable de garer sa voiture dans un garage sécurisé. Bref, c'est une location ou l'on se sent bien et que l'on recommande vivement.

EXCELLENT

Superbe location, appartement idéalement situé et très bien agencé, simple et moderne, avec la climatisation, une fois la voiture au garage (indispensable en cette période) vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Nous venons depuis des années à Golfe et ce T2 est génial. Le propriétaire est très sympathique (même sans l'avoir rencontré) et toujours dispo. Nous reviendrons surement dès que possible.

Appartement spacieux situé face au port vue magnifique le matin quand le soleil se lève, bien équipé, si on ne veut pas utiliser la voiture ,tous les commerces sont à proximité. la clim est appréciable, terrasse immense, équipement au top .restaurants sur le port à 2 pas,c'est de loin le plus agréable que j'ai loué à Golfe Juan moi qui vient ici depuis de nombreuses années .

Excellent séjour en aout 2013

Appartement spacieux, très propre et très agréable. On sent que les propriétaires sont soucieux du bien être des locataires . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, emplacement idéal et superbe vue sur le port , proche du centre et de Juan les pins qui est plus animé. Nous avons également profité de la piscine quand la plage était bondée. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter.

Golfe Juan is a very nice little resort between Cannes (4km to the west) and Antibes / Juan les Pins (4km East) with 2 ports, a marina with a Very Nice Marina (many restaurants, Yachts among the finest in the world +), and the Old Port! The Port is framed by two beaches of fine sand (one at each end). The apartment is facing the heart of the Port, it is less than 4 minutes (walking) of each track (one east and one west). Golfe Juan is actually a pretty big cozy village with many shops (City Centre within 5 minutes walk from the apartment); We are fortunate to have a large terrace (13M2) facing the port and of course to the sea where we admire, the Right, the 'Lérins Islands' (superb and accessible by boat), and Left to the equally superb 'Cap d'Antibes'! The SNCF train station, which is 4 minutes walk (300m), will allow you to visit Cannes, 4 minutes by train (the Palais des Festivals, excellent shopping, port) or visit Juan les Pins, 4mn also in the process or Antibes, 3mn + distance (the old city in its ramparts, its port, its many shops ..)! Many small villages are waiting less than 20 minutes by car + All beautiful than others, Vallauris and its potters, Biot and its glass blowers, Mougins, perched high on a hill, like St Paul de Vence minutes, Gourdon, Gorges du Loup, and lots of other beautiful things! The back country is beautiful! You can also visit Juan les Pins feet in the water by the sandy beach is happening there in few minutes ..
