Casa 'la Sella Vista' enjoys a prime position in a secluded and peaceful location within the 'La Sella' resort, situated at the end of the complex with a large pool and separate children's pool, gardens to 3 sides of the property with views over the golf course and the Valley of the Montgo national park, Set in mature gardens on an enclosed complex, making its a safe choice for families with children. With some of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca just a short drive away, the resort offers a fantastic range of facilities making this a perfect venue for Families, Golfers and non Golfers alike.

**** Flexible Golf Weekends ****: In the Low season we are pleased to offer flexible Weekend or weekday breaks in addition to the standard weekly rentals. The property will be available for a min 3-night weekend break from November to May, to cater for family, activity and Golf breaks, prices for a weekend break will start from £225 for a party of up to 6 inclusive. Please see the notes below or e-mail for further information.

**** Notes on Booking ****: A £100 (150 EURO) non-refundable deposit for EACH BOOKED WEEK is required to secure your reservation with the balance payable in full 8 weeks before your holiday starts. Notes:
The Property is fully Air-conditioned, both hot & cold making the house comfortable all year round. The main bedroom balcony's directly overlook the ‘La Sella’ golf course, the 2nd bedroom balconies overlook the mature landscaped gardens and mountains, both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, there are 2 Double sofa bed situated in the lounge area plus additional seating, a Dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine a separate entrance and additional downstairs toilet.

Lovely peaceful family home

Just booked our third stay here. We love the view onto the golf course and the peacefulness of the area. La Sella has a small supermarket, restaurant, chemist and horse riding on site and the beautiful town of Denia is a short drive away. The villa has everything you need with a shared pool, but feels like your own as it is rarely in use by the other residents. Liz the owner is very accommodating and helpful, Thank you for letting us share your home and looking forward to our stay in June 2017.

Accommodation looking tired. Could do with some upgrading. In certain areas, cleaning was questionable. Had to bleach cups before use as badly tea stained. Was not informed that swimming pool was closed between 3 and 5 pm. Very dissappointing for young children, who awakening from their afternoon nap, could not use the pool. Overall, a dissappointing week in regard to the accommodation.

Owner's Response: I'm really sorry that the stay wasn't as you hoped. Your feedback is appreciated so we can follow up and improve. In particular could you let me know more details about the pool being closed. This has never happened before and we were not informed of this by the maintence company. Your help to understand what happened here would be much appreciated.

Comments:You will find La Sella a delightful course. José Maria Olazábal advised on the course’s design and has produced an exciting layout. Set within a valley with a variety of trees lining most fairways, the course presents some excellent driving situations and fast greens.

The 6th hole is most memorable, with a shoot through trees leading to a narrow fairway. The font nine here is as good as you could wish for, The back nine is slightly newer and more open, with fine views of the nearby mountains and Almond, orange and grapefruit trees line the fairways.
