Loved this house. The decor was perfect, the location was ideal, the yard spacious for kids, and very comfortable. I'll try to stay here again if I have the chance!
We had an excellent stay in this clean, comfortable, well equipped, pet friendly home away from home. The location is perfect with ease of access to Rte 6, but in a private, beautiful setting, with a sunroom, patio with outdoor firepit. and a Ministers Pond view from the back. The homeowner was very responsive and accommodating to make our getaway everything we hoped it could be. We managed to have a couple of unseasonably warm sunny days, but were just as comfortable when the weather turned more "March-like". Look forward to visiting again!
This house was just perfect. It was our Lilly's last trip to the Cape (our Goldie.) And she really enjoyed it, too. Great location, and we actually like it better than Dennisport and Orleans where we have stayed before. My husband has been coming up every summer since he was a child. We used to take a condo Memorial Day weekend and a house early September. Getting older (yuck) and we have cut back a bit and like the longer trips better. Also wanted to mention that we thought the house even better than the pictures and description. Everything is much bigger than expected and you have fabulous yard. Then, the layout, many great spaces for both privacy and being together. I loved that the master was a bit secluded from the other two sleeping rooms. Great space for hosting family and /or friends. Unique and beautiful decoration throughout, which we all loved. We are still envious of the master bath and beautiful outdoor shower! The other thing we really loved, is the way the air circulation in is so great. Beautiful design and, the house just has a really nice vibe. Highly recommended. We're already hoping for next year too :-)
We had a very nice time in this lovely home. We are a family of 5, with one extra guest that weekend, and we were very comfortable. It was cool and somewhat rainy when we were there, but I can only imagine how lovely it would be to use the beautiful patio overlooking Minister's Pond in the summer. The house was completely furnished with all we needed (linens, towels, kitchen utensils and appliances). It is right off a main road, which made every amenity nearby. The owner is very helpful and accessible, in case of questions. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again.
We loved everything about our stay at this wonderful home in Eastham. We used all of the amenities both inside and out. My favorite was the outdoor shower! We cooked on the grill, had a fire in the pit, ate dinner and played cards in the enclosed sunroom, relaxed in the hammock and soaked up the sun in the yard. And that doesn't even include any of the exploring we did in and around Eastham like beachcombing, fishing, biking and running along the Coast Guard trail, and finding places to eat nearby. Some of our favorites [;aces were Donuts at the Hole in One, afternoon snacks at the Hot Chocolate Sparrow in Orleans, gourmet sandwiches at Sam's Deli, and our favorite place for dinner was just a short drive away at Mac's in Wellfleet. We visited the first week of Sept which was a perfect time. The weather is still beautiful but the Cape is leds crowded. Don't go here take that week though - we want rent this place again!
Had a wonderful stay, in Eastham, the house is located in a wonderful part of Eastham right off the main road but still has a feeling of seclusion. My stay was during the winter, but we enjoyed every second of it! Matthew does a wonderful job of corresponding and I felt well prepared before I arrived. The house made me feel at home. I can't wait to return some day!
