For thirty years, LeBlanc House B&B has hosted guests from all over the world. During the winter when the innkeeper leaves to visit family, it 's been a conveniently located and comfortable temporary home for theater and businesiness groups as well as families. The main floor has two parlors with a fireplace & piano. With it's well equipped kitchen and formal dining room, it is an inviting space to entertain. Upstairs bedrooms have private baths and an office/tv room. Stained glass, beautiful woodwork and porthole windows add to the charm of this historic and very well maintained home.

About Marsha Carlson

I have been the owner/innkeeper here at LeBlanc House for nearly 20 years and it has been such a rewarding experience, getting to know wonderful people from all over the world. I have two children and one of them is expecting her 2nd baby to arrive very shortly in Los Angeles. I am needed and want to be out there to help with my 4 y/o grandson James around the time of the birth. So my plans are to stay nearby in LA for a month and hopefully find a person or people to occupy the B&B while I'm gone. I have a team of helpers to keep the house and yard maintained while I'm gone and I will be available by phone as well as my son who lives nearby. It is important to note that my B$B has been on the market ,so there could be occasional showings. 24 hour notice would be given and your schedule and convenience would definitely be considered in the timing of the showing.
