The apartment is not shared and will be all yours! You will thus have access to the entire apartment and its fittings.
Someone will be waiting for you at the apartment on your day of arrival to hand you the keys and explain everything about the apartment.
Two sets of keys will be handed over, in order to facilitate your independence.
A written guide is available on-site, containing all the explanations regarding the use of the appliance, as well as information about the neighborhood and transports. A few brochures and maps are also available.

SMOKERS: allowed on the balcony only ! It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, thank you.
PETS: on request !
SCHEDULE: check in after 3 pm, check out before 11 am, possibly flexible. A surcharge of 20€ applies to arrivals after 9:30 pm.
OCCUPATION: The apartment is meant for accommodation only. Reception of events or commercial activities may be allowed on request.
CLEANING: it is required to put your rubbish away, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher before leaving. For stays above 10 days, it is appreciated that you tidy your things during cleaning, in order for it to be done properly.
DEPOSIT : 800€ (cash or cheque in euros) or your passport upon arrival. We will only hold onto it during your stay then hand it back to you at the end of your stay (cheque are not banked). It is only a security in case of damage to the apartment or goods, but is not used for minor things such as broken dishes! An inventory of fixtures may be drawn on request.
LOCAL TAX : Included in the price, this tax (per night per person) is paid to the municipality.
