Welcome to our luxurious 2 bedroom home on the exclusive Sugar Hill Community resort. Our apartment on the first floor has lift access and from the large balconied terrace overlooks the impressive free-form swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with en suite marble bathrooms and hair-driers.

The rental includes membership to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club for all your guests for the duration of your stay. This means you do not have the additional expense of renting sunbeds.

Back in the apartment we provide all towels and linen. We have a fully equipped granite kitchen and utility room with washer and separate drier. There is cable T.V., multi region DVD player, ipod dock, CD Player, free telephone for local calls, safe and twice weekly maid service as required (Additional maid visits are available at an extra charge). There is also free Wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet access in the apartment and a complimentary welcome pack of bread, butter and milk is provided upon your arrival. We will do all we can to give you as much information as possible to make your holiday a truly relaxing and unforgettable experience. I am a retired Dental Surgeon and my wife is a retired State Registered Nurse. We live by the sea in East Devon where we ran our Dental Practice for 30 years. We have 3 grown up sons.

We wanted a holiday home that we could use all year round, but especially in the cold and dark winter months of England! We fell in love with Barbados on our first visit in 1998 and returned many times before we decided to buy our wonderful home on Sugar Hill.

What makes this apartment unique

Sugar Hill is one of the most prestigious gated developments on the island and contains a variety of properties including large villas valued in excess of £5 million,

some owned by celebrities.

There is a splendid clubhouse with restaurant, bar and infinity pool, with magnificent views overlooking the Caribbean Sea. There are also four floodlit tennis courts and an air conditioned gym.

Luxury Sugar Hill Apartment B206

APARTMENT B206 SUGAR HILL BARBADOS

I have just returned from this superb apartment having stayed for three weeks. This was my second visit to this apartment having been the previous year.

It is situated on the exclusive Sugar Hill complex which offers luxury facilities in the way of pools, tennis courts, gym and club house with bar and restaurant. The pool areas have plenty of sun beds and are very quiet areas to relax and swim.

Membership to the Fairmount Royal Pavilion Beach Club is included which is a short drive from the apartment. The Beach Club offers free luxury sun beds with umbrella, beach bar with food facility, access to water sports and is situated, in my opinion, on one of the nicest beaches in Barbados. It has beach controlled safe swimming areas and is not crowded. A really relaxing way to spend the day.

Hometown with its many shops, restaurants and super market is also a short drive away or could even be walked, which I have done many times. The walk back however is a little harder as its uphill.

The apartment is excellent, comfortable, clean, very well equipped and looked after. Maid attendance is twice a week which includes cleaning, fresh towels and changed bedding. It is very spacious with two large bedrooms and bathrooms situated on either side of a large lounge. The large balcony, which has access from both bedrooms and the lounge, overlooks superb gardens and is in view of one of the pool areas. A large selection of beach towels are provided. A small welcome pack is provided on arrival.

The owner is very approachable and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this apartment and have already reserved for 2017.

Fabulous Place for a relaxing holiday

This was a return visit and it did not disappoint. Sugar Hill is a beautiful resort on the hill overlooking the sea and a few minutes drive (or 20 minute walk) from Holetown. The resort is beautiful and feels very special. We like the restaurant and bar overlooking the infinity pool. A cocktail on the terrace as the sun goes down is a real treat. The apartment (B206) is tastefully furnished and looks very luxurious, but it's very comfortable. It feels like a home with comfy sofas, books and dvds, and plenty of crockery, pots and pans, glasses etc. (I hate those places that have 6 of everything!) The big pool is just a few steps away which made it our favourite spot. It's a great place for couples - probably not so much for kids to do on-site but plenty going on down in the town and on the beach.

Fabulous holidat

My husband and I have just returned home following two wonderful weeks at this apartment. The apartment has everything we could possibly have needed, the kitchen is really well equipped, fridge freezer with ice making was especially useful as we had two weeks of very hot weather so lots of ice cold drinks on the spacious veranda. The complex is extremely well maintained and all the staff very helpful and friendly especially security on the gate always welcomed us back on returning. Both pools were quiet and plenty of sun beds. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Had a fab time

The apartment was fully equipped with all you could need. At this time of year it was quiet but just what we needed. Short drive to the beach it was certainly useful to have a car to explore the sights. Would come back again

Excellent 2-bed apartment in quiet estate

We've stayed at the Sugar Hill Estate before and it's a well-run, quiet location with easy access to the beach. By easy, a short 15 minute stroll.

This apartment met and, perhaps, exceeded our expectations. It has all the facilities you require for your stay - the American-style fridge was larger than ours back at home. Laundry room makes it easy to look after your clothes, whilst the two bathrooms are of a good size.

We love the central pool, which is very well maintained. Extremely quiet during the day and overlooked by the apartment. Very easy location to take some time out, if you want to just sit and read a book for an hour.

No complaints or issues whatsoever and both Matt and Brian will help with any questions you have. Brian couldn't have been any more professional!

Lovely 2 Bed Apartment in Lovely Grounds

We stayed here for two weeks and really did not want to leave. The apartment is very well designed and has everything you need. We only ever ate breakfast in and loved sitting on the large balcony. We travelled with our 10 month old baby grandson and it gave us much more freedom that staying in a hotel The microwave was a bonus to warm baby food, bottles etc. Maid service was twice a week and this worked well. We used the cool bags to take drinks to the beach, very convenient.

The grounds are immaculately kept and we were lucky to see a group of monkeys on one of our early morning walks, fireflies in the evening and a couple of tiny whistling frogs.

The two swimming pools are lovely, always plenty of beds and very peaceful. There is a restaurant at the main pool area which serves food and drink We used this on a number of occasions in the evening as it was nice for the drivers in our party not to worry about driving. The food and service was very good and the staff were very friendly.

Everything is close by with the use of a car. We dined out most lunchtimes and evenings and all of our meals were excellent. We varied between fine dining and very good casual food.

The Fairmont beach club worked really well for us, having a 10 month old baby as an alarm clock we were always the first there!! The guys that looked after the beach club were really friendly as were the ladies that worked in the beach bar. The food was very good also.

Any queries/questions were answered promptly by Matt and the resort manager Brian. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. We would all love to return.

Sugar Hill is an exclusive, gated estate overlooking the West Coast, renowned for its beautiful sandy beaches. The Sugar Hill club house is 200 yards from the apartment and includes an excellent restaurant, a large infinity pool, use of the tennis facilities (four flood lit courts) and the air-conditioned gym. In nearby Holetown is a large supermarket, extensive range of shops, banks and a post office. It also has numerous bars and restaurants with a wide range of cuisines and prices. Lime Grove is the latest addition to Holetown with names such as Cartier, LV, Ralph Lauren, Rolex and other exclusive shops. Dining here is also very reasonable and the centre boasts a cinema with full lying down seats and buttons to summon attendants who can deliver food and beer to your seats. The cinema often shows films on their american release date before they are released in the UK and Canada.

Nearby attractions are the monkey sanctuary, Harrisons caves and the botanical gardens. Why not learn to scuba dive, swim with turtles or take a sunset catamaran cruise?

The rental includes membership to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club which is around a 5 minute drive. Beaches further North (like Mullins beach) would be a 15 minute drive.

Supplied with your rental are full directions from the airport and a client information pack explaining everything you can expect from your holiday as well as recommended restaurants and excursions.

If golf is your passion Royal Westmoreland Golf Club (European Senior Tour venue) is opposite Sugar Hill. The Sandy Lane Country Club Course and Green Monkey as well as Apes Hill are nearby. The more modestly priced Barbados Golf Club is near to the airport.
