A self-catering rental, with sofa bed in lounge to sleep up to 6 people.

A Family friendly villa with 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds and a sofa double-bed in the lounge, so it can sleep up to 6 people. One patio and a private balcony with sea views, . Large lounge/diner with fireplace plus English and Spanish T.V. only and D.V.D. player. The kitchen has 4 hob cooker ( electric and gas) fridge and microwave. The bathroom has a bath/shower with constant hot water, bidet, toilet and washing machine. This comfortable villa gets plenty of light, It is set within a private urbanisation with tended gardens around the two pools. A light breeze from the mountain to the sea means the villa needs no air conditioning. There is plenty of space for children to play within sight of the villa. The nearby town of Arroyo de la Miel, has restaurants, Tivoli World and even a skate boarding park. Supermarkets are within walking distance. The villa is near several good golf courses and aqua parks and a 10 minute drive to the beach. Mijas is just up the road and Granada with its beautiful Alhambra is just over an hour and a half drive away as is Rhonda. Its a days visit to Tangia

In the heart of it all

The reasonable priced property is in a well looked after mainly spanish

urbanisation, just up the hill from Arroyo de la miel towards Benamadena pueblo.The bus connections and two in easy walking distant supermarkets are very handy to ease your holiday.The property is a bit dated but in good nick,I loved the small balcony a real sunbather spot,the terace is small but as well sunny all day.The spanish neighbours can be a bit lively but that's part of parcel of a spanish holiday.The pool was clean and even it was hot hot hot weather, very quite.All in all iff you don't mind staying in a door to door in the middle of it all, bus ride away from beach or mountain, envirment and it's not too many of you, this is the place for you.

The villa only 10/15mins drive from Malaga airport .

Alternatively you can take the train to Benalmadena/Arroyo de la Miel ( 2 euros each) and a taxi to the villa ( under 10 euros for everyone).

The villa is suitable for: Families with small children; Girls get-away; Golfers and Tourists without a car, as it is situated a walk away (15-20mins) from the train station in Arroyo de la Miel, a lively town with many restaurants where you can eat.

Tivoli World and a few Aqua parks are near by. There are several golf courses in Mijas Golf. Los Lago and Los Olivos and the 18 hole course Torrequebrada.

The villa is a comfortable drive away from The Alhambra in Granada, and the sights of Rhonda and Mijas. There are trips available to Morocco via Gibralter with the help of the Tourist information office in Arroyo.

There are many great beaches a short drive away. There is a very nice beach a short train ride away towards Fuengirola called Carvajal, and its just a few minutes walk to the beach, with bars and restaurants and body-surfing near by.

There are well stocked supermarkets within walking distance, (3 mins)

Wheelchair inaccessible.

There is a T.V. which show Spanish programmes only and D.V.D. player on which to play your own D.V.D's.

The pool is closed from the middle of October until Easter, depending on the weather.

Don't forget that on arrival you will need to pay Loly, who is the key holder and cleaner, 50 euros for cleaning and a returnable deposit against damages of 100 euros, which you get back when you leave and return the key and there have been no breakages or damages.
