Vast and charming high-quality apartment, perfect for holidays or convention stays

The apartment is located in the city's very centre: above the famous Lenotre pastry shop, 2 minutes away from la Croisette and 5 min away from the Palais des Festivals on the rue d'Antibes. However, the dwelling is very calm because all bedrooms face the large interior courtyard.

There is a Provencal market and a supermarket downstairs from the apartment; the latter is open almost every day. Also nearby: a FNAC, boutiques, cinemas, restaurants and more.

Public parking is located at the bottom of the building. The train station is 300 m away, and it is a 20-minute drive to the airport.

The contemporary apartment is fully equipped and has cable television in the living room and bedroom(s), wireless internet access, and air conditioning in all rooms.

You can go to Iles de Lérins or Saint-Tropez by taking a shuttle boat at the end of the harbour (a 15-minute walk away).

Other entertainment sights are Marineland, the Monaco Aquarium, and the Fréjus Zoo, which is a 30-minute drive away.

The apartment has a large, 40 sq.m living room, and calm bedrooms because of the large interior-courtyard view

Very modern equipment (wireless internet cable television in the living room and bedroom)

Near all commodities (pure city centre), but calm because bedrooms are viewing the large interior courtyard (see picture).

Beaches and la Croisette are just at the end of the street (see picture).

It is a 5-minute walk to the Palais des Festivals, public parking Gray d'Albion is situated downstairs of the building.

The train station is 300 m away (5 minutes on foot), as are the restaurants

Verny nice apartment!

Everything was just as perfect as we imagined. We arrived in Cannes on a Saturday and the street was really crowdet so it was kind of difficult to find an free slot and Thierry was waiting for us and he was really kind. Also the landlady is really nice and gave us important advices before travelling to Cannes/France.

The rooms are really big und comfortable. We really appreciated the location, since it is mostly in the heart of Cannes and really close to the main beach at the "La Croisette".

Me and my family, we can trustfully recommend this appartment to anybody.

Nice apartment

We traveled in a group of 8, most of us we people 45-50 years old. So, the apartmrnt was very nice inside, good beds, TV with lots of channels in different languages, the internet, nice view, enough dishes and equipment. Location is perfect!!! Two big supermarkets, a big food market, different shops, cafes, beaches, bus and train stops and touristic attractions are very close to the house, 2-10 minutes walk. The owner is very friendly and speaks English very well!

Valeur sûre sans mauvaises surprises

Notre famille – deux couples et un enfant – a passé deux semaines à Cannes du 23 juillet au 6 août dans l’appartement «Victor» et nous avons gardé des souvenirs inoubliables de ce séjour. Premièrement, grâce à l’emplacement idéal de ce bien car il se trouve dans le Carré d’Or sur la rue d’Antibes. D’une part c’est dans le centre-ville, au cœur du meilleur shopping de la Côte d’Azur et d’autre part – l’appartement est à deux pas de la mer, des plages et de la Croisette dont les lumières brillent chaque soir. Certes, le centre-ville est un peu bruyant mais au bout de quelques jours on s’y habitue et on oublie cet inconvénient dans le tourbillon des impressions. On commence à apprécier les petits restos et les petits commerces dont il regorge. Deuxièmement, grâce au fait que l’appartement est climatisé : même dans les périodes les plus chaudes et surtout pendant les nuits vous vous sentez très bien dedans. Troisièmement, grâce à la literie de bonne qualité et extrêmement confortable. Si on juge par la qualité de sommeil, tous les trois chambres méritent les meilleures notes. Quatrièmement, l’appartement est bien équipé : vous avez les appareils ménagers nécessaires – à commencer par le lave-linge et à finir par le frigo et le lave-vaisselle. Ils sont parfois un peu vielleux, mais rendent votre vie agréable et sans soucis, il n’y pas de dépenses additionnels en comparaison avec votre séjour dans un hôtel. Le marché local et quelques supermarchés sont à côté, donc il est facile de réduire vos dépenses en préparant des petits plats avec les produits frais. Et finalement, grâce à l’accueil des propriétaires qui étaient toujours disponibles et à l’écoute en cas de besoin. Beaucoup de recommandations et conseils utiles. Parfois, la gentillesse et l’honnêteté des propriétaires font plus que les qualités du bien. Evidement nous pouvons signaler les choses à changer ou à améliorer - par exemple, les vieux meubles du salon à remplacer pour le rendre plus commode et conviviale, – mais nous comprenons également que ça ferai grimper le prix de location et affectera le rapport qualité-prix qui est juste à la date d’aujourd’hui. Dans son ensemble l’appartement est bien, il correspond aux attentes : c’est une valeur sûre sans aucune mauvaise surprise ou situation embarrassante. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.
