Walking, swimming, beach, Golf Club, Gymnasium, everything within 10 minutes.

This apartment is situated in La Mairena, within minutes of the Tennis Club. It is a stunning apartment with fabulous views and has sun all day.

This show home apartment is situated in the hills of Marbella overlooking the fabulous Biosphere of cork trees. The views down to the coast are spectacular and sitting sipping champagne on the terrace gives you the pleasure of all these views. It really is a show home apartment equipped with everything you could wish for. There is full package TV, air con throughout, wifi, a rear garden with BBQ and sun or shade all day, you choose! The pool is visible from the terraced garden and the gardens are all well maintained. It is close (10 minute walk) to El Soto Golf Club with a 9 hole par 3 pitch and put. There is also a gymnasium and a club house there. The area is tranquil yet less than 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Marbella and the famous Nikki Beach. For the golfers it is 5 minutes drive from La Cala Golf resort

This beautiful villa was exceptionally clean and tidy. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rooms were all a good size and being a corner apartment it had the sun all day, with wonderful views of the coast. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, as were both the pools (which were spotlessly clean), and we found the little pool perfect for our 6 month old. The supermarket and shops were a 5 minute drive away. The owners made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this apartment. Planning to return again next summer!

Great apartment! Would definitely recommend A*

The apartment is lovely! Would highly recommend for couples or families either way. Everything you need for a quiet get away. A car is certainly required as it is out of the way for a choice of bars and restaurants. But has El Soto Golf House and Kudu bar fairly near by. We enjoyed it so much that we would certainly make a return visit.

Great Holiday!

My boyfriend and I stayed in the apartment with two friends in June 2015. The apartment was stunning, very clean, modern décor and all the amenities you need. We particularly like having a BBQ on holiday so we made the most of this and enjoyed a few of these in the garden and glass conservatory area.

There is one double bedroom and one twin, but we made this into a double. Two good size bathrooms and a comfy living area.

The apartment overlooks the pool which is a great size and fairly quiet most days, we never had a problem getting a sun bed.

The neighbours were very friendly and invited us to their bar at the top of the mountain.

We hired a car for the holiday which was definitely needed as the apartment is at the top of a mountain with no shops etc. within walking distance. We didn't mind this though as we were happy to drive or get a taxi to the shops and beaches at the bottom of the mountain and towards Marbella.

Overall it was a lovely apartment and perfect for what we wanted, I would definitely go back!

Perfect base for a fantastic Marbella holiday.

This is my third visit to this property and it won't be the last.

I love it's location away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. It's high in the hills with amazing hills. You are only however ten minutes from either Elviria or La Cala and their beaches.

At the apartment you have all the home comforts and a few extra luxuries...amazing space, furnishings and a quality finish to everything. It has Internet, Bluetooth speakers, TV and DVDs. The kitchen is equipped to an excellent standard which we took advantage of on more than one occasion.

The outside terrace is beautiful with elegant furniture and amazing views. We kept the glass curtains open for the refreshing breeze. Great views over the pool and coastline.

Apart from using the pool, we had a couple of meals in the golf club a short walk away. Great value on their entertainment nights.

Can't wait

Fantastic apartment

We stayed here in july 2011 with my sister and her partner.This is a fantastic,high quality,clean and everything you need in the apartment with stunning views. Its quite far up a mountain so would recommend a car but its worth it as so quiet. Lots to do during the day and night.

The owners of this apartment are very friendly and helpful and the man who is out in resort is helpful too.

We loved the apartment so much we are going there for 10 nights in june with a 20 month old. I would highly recommend this apartment.

A dream trip!!

I have holidayed around the world and in recent times, used the Net to book a wide variety of apartments and villas. I can honestly say that the 10 days I spent in this apartment, was one of the most enjoyable holidays for many a year.

The location of the apartment is stunning. The views from the terrace are amazing. Because the apartment is in the hills, it is so quiet and peaceful. The coastal road and environs are so busy, it was a relief to have a simple 10 minute drive away from it. We spent many evenings with a glass of wine (or two) on the terrace staring out at the lights of the town below.

The apartment itself was perfect. It is extremely well furnished and is very guest friendly. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed as are the two bathrooms. The kitchen is excellent and we made full use of the facilities by cooking in some evenings.

The sunbeds and the pool were perfect, although we made use of the local Cabopina and Eliviria beaches. Again after a hard day on the beach, the apartment was a lovely place to drive home to.

We made good use of the local bars ,eating and drinking in all of them regularly.

I won't spend too much time talking about the resorts because they are so well known. Suffice to say we visited all the major sights and there was never a dull day. Locally there were sufficient supermarkets and shops that you need when self catering.

All in all a fantastic holiday and we will be booking again next year!!

Sorry but the apartment is not wheel chair friendly as there are about 10 steps to get into it. If you could bypass this hurdle then everything is on one level, access to outdoors is good.
