Elegant and very comfortable 2nd floor south facing condo. Sophisticated adult ambiance decorated in gray, white, chrome and glass. Leather sofas, glass and chrome tables. Set your own table for an elegant dinner.To help you plan dining out in the local area within 5 miles there is a large folder with menus from all the restaurants. In the back of the folder there are usually quite a few coupons. Of course, Orlando has thousands of great restaurants, near and far, one of the best restaurants and very reasonably priced is our favorite : Seasons 52 on Sand Lake Road. We always welcome new menus for our folder. There is a 48: SMART TV in the living room and lightning speed WiFi internet access. FREE LONG DISTANCE CALLS USA, CANADA AND PUERTO RICO.

The condo is very close to the clubhouse where you can eat in the restaurant (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), have a cocktail at the 19th Hole, watch sports on the multiple TV’s or go for a swim in the junior Olympic size pool, dine alfresco on the patio. This resort has its own semi private 18 hole championship golf course with preferred rates for owners and renters.
For your safety the community is gated, manned and patrolled 24 hours a day. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a split floor plan for privacy and sleeps 4 adults. There is a full kitchen including a washer and dryer, ceramic stove, OTR microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, electric tea kettle. All linens, pots/pans and crockery provided. ALL the furnishings and linens are new.
Just steps from your front door is a heated (winter) pool. There is also a fitness room (registration and fee required) at the clubhouse, lighted tennis, basketball courts and bocce ball. Within 2-3 minutes of the condo there are many restaurants & shops. This is a smoke-free condo. For your comfort and security Ventura Country Club is a gated community with guards patrolling 24 hours a day. If this condo is reserved for your requested dates I may well have other nice properties to offer. I am a real estate broker living and managing property in this lovely community for 22 years. As owners of this condo, we take care of all maintenance and housekeeping ourselves to be sure the condo is in perfect condition for your stay.

Great proximity to all major highways to get you to all your favorite destinations in no time at all. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
The place met our needs very nicely. We only ate breakfasts there during our stay. Lunches and dinners we had out. We had a good visit with our family which was the main purpose of the visit this time of year. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool very much. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you again the end of December.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this beautiful apartment for a weekend. Very spacious and beautifully decorated in a wonderful country club community. Great location, very close to tons of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, the airport and theme parks. We had a great stay here and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando!
The house is lovingly and perfectly furnished. Everything you need is available (all possible kitchen appliances, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc.). All rooms are air-conditioned. There is also a large balcony. The house is located in a gated community. No noise, the perfect place to enjoy rest and holidays.
My stay here was very enjoyable and pleasurable. The condo was very clean and stocked with necessities if you left something, in a nice area, very maintained, and the layout was nice. It looks exactly like the picture. The owner Geraldine was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Geraldine has been fantastic. There has been great communication and the information provided was so welcomed. The community the apartment is situated in is fabuolous. It is well maintained, quiet and the locals are so lovely. The pool areas are well equipped and there is always a lounger free. Now the apartment! It is stunning! So prettily decorated and layed out well. Everything has been thought of. The kitchen is so well equipped, there is literally every utensil you can think of! There were hair straightners and curlers etc in the master bedroom-which were a welcome surprise. Beds are very comfy too. It was also so nice to be able to watch regular TV when home from a busy day at the Parks. If I am back in Florida, I will definitely be looking to book again :)
My daughter, 2 granddaughters, and I had a wonderful stay. We appreciated the security of the gated community along with a very well equipped condo. It was very clean. The drive to Disney was about 20-30 minutes. Close by, in the Florida Mall, was the Crayola Place and the M & M Store. The granddaughters had a great time at both of these places, too. The only negative was the tolls we had to pay each time we left the Ventura Community. Make sure you have plenty of change. These accommodations are recommended especially if you have a golfer with you.
