Great location, walk to town or worship. In ground pool and hot tub on full 1/2 acre in heavily wooded private area close to Main Street. Just painted complete interior Jan 2016. Exterior paint 2018. 3 new living room couches rug and table Sept 2017, always updating the home. Very private, in very nice development called Bridle Path. All new living room and dining room furniture. Bedrooms have new beds, frames, mattress etc. Walk to restaurants, shopping, etc. Ranch style house no interior staircases, all 1 level, very wide and open. Laundry room on 1st floor, not in basement. Great open layout. Very large master suite with walk in closet and large bathroom. 3 additional bedrooms and another bath with a large living and dining room complete the home. Large deck with pool all fenced in and private. Deck painted 2017. Very quiet neighborhood in a beautiful subdivision. Childproof protective pool fence available around pool. Shown in 1 of the pictures, it is removable. New pool liner installed 2015, looks amazing. Read my reviews from past guests. Pool open until mid September or later by request , Hot Tub open until Oct 15th. Thanks for looking, Frank.

About Frank

We built this home new, I am a builder so it is functional and reliable. We just loved the location, walk to town and restaurants very close. We use the home whenever we can but like to share it with others when we are not. I am very accessible and do not live far from the home.

  • New granite tops on the vanities, very large mirrors, all white tile and very clean. All linens, towels and sheets pillows and paper products included.

    Bedroom 1 - 1 Extra Lg. Double Bed , Master with full bath/jacuzzi and large walk in closet.

  • Master suite is huge with a cathedral ceiling, walk in closet is large, master bath with jacuzzsi tub, shower and cathedral ceiling. We used to put the baby crib in the large walk in closet with ac/heat and door so baby was close and separate from us within the master suite. It also has heat and A/C in that closet. The front bedroom, 2nd master, is extra large as well, then there are 2 smaller bedrooms. All bedrooms have closets and a dresser. All Bedrooms carpeted, all main areas beautiful oak wood floors. Completely painted inside Jan 2016, floors re-done, all granite counter-tops installed, very nice. All new Dining set, and living room set complete. All new mattresses, frames and comforters, sheets, etc. for all bedrooms.

This is a great house and especially ideal for young families. The layout of the house, the safety gate around the pool, and the convenient location made for a really perfect setting. The neighborhood is really nice for taking walks/runs. Frank, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive when any questions came up about our stay. We definitely recommend this place!

Great Experience!

Went here for a long weekend with 10 girls. I was so happy to see the place very clean and was a perfect location for the summer. The pool and hot tub set up was great and Frank was very responsive to any and all questions I had before and during. I would definitely recommend this house for the future.

Good house for a weekend getaway

The house was very clean and looks very much as pictured. Great spaces to hang out as a group in the living room, kitchen or back yard. Frank was a responsive host and easy to coordinate with. The location was close to town on a lovely block, but we did need a car to get where we wanted to go. if i could give the house 4.5/5 stars I would, but we all had a great time so 5 stars it is. We didn't end up using the hot tub but took a look and found it to be a little dirty, and difficult to figure out how to use. Also it would have been great if there were some cooking staples in the house: salt, pepper, oil, etc. But all in all it was a great weekend!

Perfect for our needs!

Quiet neighborhood, plenty of amenities, convenient location!

I rented the house for a bachelorette weekend in mid-October. Though the pool was closed, the owner kindly kept the hot tub open for us, which ended up being our favorite feature. The house itself was super clean, well stocked with everything you could need, and provided ample space for 6 women. The location of the house was very convenient for our wine tour of the North Fork and an easy driving distance to restaurants and a great grocery store. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to any and all questions I had. We had a wonderful weekend and I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood feel, with plenty of amenities and a convenient location!

What an amazing house!

This was our firts time in the Hamptons with our group and we couldnt have a better experience! The house was better than in the photos and Frank was very attentive and helpful to anything we needed. We would definately reccomend it to anyone thats looking for a weekend to relax. We barely left the house!

Beautiful home in a very nice development called Bridle Path. Walk to all restaurants. Walk to worship or the town of Westhampton Beach on Main Street. Very quiet neighborhood, loads of room on property. Over 200' wide property, over 1/2 acre,very private parking in driveway. Privacy in pool area, all fenced in.Interior painted 3/16. Public golf courses are nearby, walk to many fine restaurants and bars.

Childproof protective pool fence around edge of pool is available.

All utilities and property maintenance included. Arrival is 4pm and departure time is 10am to allow for cleanings. All linens,sheets and towels are included in every rental. Paper products included as well. Pool closed Sept 30th to May 15th. Hot tub closed Oct 15th to May 15th. These can be adjusted as well for opening and closing just ask, it depends on weather also. The home sleeps 8 in beds, 10 is the max number of people allowed.
