Fire place in living room with firewood stacked just outside front door. Condo overlooks the pemm river. Outdoor pool is one of two heated outdoor swimming pools in the complex, tennis court across from pool. Pool closed after Labor day. Free shuttle to Loon Mountain

We bought the unit before it was built, the area is beautiful and sit along the Pemigewasset River. Siting on the deck on our high deck chairs helps to really enjoy the river. The unit is furnished with love.
