Excellent property in a good area.

Just as described on the website and the pictures. It’s very secure and the parking is great. I have to admit it’s a little dated but is comfortable and clean. Beautiful views of the beach and pier.

Perfect spot on Pacific Beach Boardwalk

If you love beautiful sunsets on your own balcony, waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the surf, having two comfortable bedrooms & bathrooms, & a functional kitchen for meal prep, then this 4th floor condo is the perfect place for you. We enjoyed being able to prepare our own meals in between trying out the fun restaurants, bars, taco shops and coffee spots in the Pacific Beach area. And Ron makes check-in so easy. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Gem of Pacific Beach

This is a wonderful beachfront getaway. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! Excellent views of the ocean from every room. Perfect spot to watch the surfers. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks Ron!

Great location

This property was very clean and had great beach front views. It’s in a great location. It was walking distance to the grocery store, several restaurants and bars.
