It has taken us two years to find an apartment equal in style and elegance to our first successful acquisition in Prague. The new apartment represents our values of providing accommodation which captures the historical charm of Prague, while at the same time offering value for money. This Art Nouveau building has been renovated by an Italian company. Their work on the building was nominated for an award. In the apartment, many original features have been preserved. Parquet floors, French doors, high ceilings and large original windows blend tastefully with restored antiques, chandeliers and touches of modern style. There is a sunny, quiet balcony overlooking a courtyard, where you can enjoy breakfast in tranquil surroundings. There is a two and three-seater sofa bed in the flat which comfortably accommodates extra guests. This Prague apartment has been styled with an attention to detail, care and elegance, sure to leave you with memories as deep and vivid as the city itself
My wife and I currently own and manage a total of five Prague apartments. We bought our first Prague apartment in 2004 and since then we have made a further two purchases. We started focussing on short-term rentals in 2008 after renovating our first apartment, the four-bedroom).
We also sublease two apartments in lessor town and view leasing as an important way to expand our business. It enables us to focus on the most prime locations in the city that boast spectacular and unique views of some of Prague’s most iconic attractions.
My wife has 10 years experience in high-level hotel management and her experience in this sector has proved invaluable in professionalizing our business. All our apartments are renovated and/or decorated with a boutique style using authentic, antique and vintage furnishings collected and added by my wife.
We take great time and care acquiring our furnishings in an effort to create a unique and original experience for our customers. We feel it is important to differentiate ourselves from the ‘four walls and Ikea furniture’, which is standard in many holiday lettings apartments in Prague.
We prefer to focus on a lower number of apartments so that we can maintain and develop each of them with an attention to detail true to our boutique style and principles of quality over quantity.
Our apartments are cleaned and maintained to the highest level and our improvements in both comfort and decor are ongoing. Since we started in 2008 our five apartments have acquired 300 reviews across four channels which we feel is testament to our hard work and enthusiasm.
In future we would like to expand our portfolio. We are particularly excited about combining the two sectors of tourism and property development, as well as continuing to build on the foundations of a successful family business.
In our free time we both enjoy practicing Bikram yoga, travel and food – both eating and cooking. We look forward to accommodating you.

This is a lovely apartment. The owners Veronika and Ilan have thought of every detail to make you stay as pleasant as possible. We arrived by bus from Budapest so could walk from the arrival point to the apartment and were sent a google map link to show us directions. Upon our arrival Veronika welcomed us and was very generous with her time, marking up maps of places to go, to eat and showing us the apartment facilities.
What a joy to have a geranium filled balcony-perfect for a glass of wine in the evening before going out. The bedroom was lovely, very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The kitchen had every thing you could want and we loved the antique armchairs and sofa. An outstanding feature of this apartment is the care taken with every detail of decoration and the thoughtfulness of what is provided such as washing powder, spare towels and the like.
We loved Veronika's recommendations for places to eat and what to see and do and would happily have spent much longer in Prague. We hope to stay in your apartments again Veronika and Ilan. Thank you for making our Prague experience so enjoyable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was lovely to meet Veronika and Vojtech who assisted with the check in. Also shown the way into town. Apartment had pretty much everything we needed, sorry we were not staying longer. Would highly recommend.
The apartment was beautiful. It was spotless...very clean. The decor was really nice too, very tasteful and we had everything we needed for our short visit to Prague (even a hairdryer). The location was great too with the Florenc metro station less than 1 minute away. Also there was a small supermarket very close by too. The walk into the Old Town took about 10 mins which was not far at all. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Prague.
This spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated property was the perfect place for our stay in Prague. It was so convenient to the metro and many restaurants. Ilan and Veronika were very helpful and accommodating to our every need. Great "Home Away from Home"!
This apartment was exactly as described. We were made to feel welcome and Veronica and Ilan were reliable, efficient and responded effectively to our requests.Located conveniently just a short walk away from the centre of the Old town it was always welcome treat to return to relax.

The apartment is in Old Town. It is 5 minutes walk to Na Prikope street, where you will find the Municiple House and the Jewish Quarter. Wenceslas square and Old Town square are a few minutes from here. Florenc metro station is 1 minute from the apartment. This will take you to Museum, the top of Wenceslas square in 2 mins. A tram and bus stop, 2 mins from the apartment ,can take you directly to the Jewish quarter in minutes. From here it is a few minutes walk to Old Town Square. You can also catch the number 8 tram directly to the castle. There are two supermarkets minutes from the apartment and Palladium shopping centre, the city's largest, is 5 close by. There is a bus station behind the apartment and the main train station Halvani Nadrazi, is one metro stop away. The Hilton Hotel is opposite the apartment with its famous sky bar where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city. The jurys Inn is also here. By tram, metro or foot this is the pefect location to explore the city

There is an additional charge of 0.60 EURO/60 cents per person per night mandatory city tax added to the rate and will form part of your overall fee calculated by HA. There are no additional costs to be paid on arrival apart from the balance
We require 60 Euro deposit to reserve our Apartment.
Balance will be paid upon arrival. There is no extra charge for cash payment , but a 3% surcharge for credit card or online payments. In this case the balance will be converted into CZK based on the exchange rate provided by XE and the sum will be agreed by both parties before payment. Payment of the balance online before arrival is also possible and subject to the same conditions. Cash payment in currencies other than EURO can also be considered.
CLEANING FEES, LINEN & TOWELS INCLUDED, NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Stays of less than three nights are subject to the discretion of the owner.
