Condominium needs TLC-
The location of the condominium is lovely. Perfect for my friends and me. We will stay in the area again but not this unit.
The unit needs a deep cleaning. Is doesn't appear that the cleaning person is doing their job- dishes in the cupboard were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. The beds were not made well. We wondered if the sheets were clean. The walls and baseboards need to be painted. Bath and kitchen towels smell like mildew and are worn. They need to be replaced. The windows in the living room and bedrooms are FILTHY. The TV has finger prints on the screen - needs to be cleaned. There is a significant leak in the bathroom walls behind the shower that need immediate attention. As owners, you need to check on the unit to be sure it is up to your standards.

Thank you for letting me know. Effective immediately the cleaning lady will be replaced. In a few weeks I will be there to examine the property and will complete any necessary repairs.
The letter received before checking in started the entire trip off on the wrong foot. The check-in time of 4pm was late, but do-able, the check-out time of 10am was not . I've never heard of such an early check-out time. Overall the complex was ok but the unit was less than anticipated.
My apology for misunderstanding of check in time and check out time. The "Information and Instruction" sent to you does not have that time frame. Check in and check out time is defined in the contract agreement. The normal check in time is 3 PM and normal check out time is 11 AM. We have been very flexible to our tenants when checking in and checking out. When the unit is ready the day before, we have let tenants check in as early as 7 AM. If we do not need to clean the unit when tenants check out that day, we have let tenants check out as late as 6 PM. So again I don't know where this check in time of 4 PM and check out time of 10 AM comes from. Please let me know where you got this information so that we can take action.
We take great pride in our home and many tenants have been very happy staying with us. We are sorry that you were not completely happy with the unit. Our home is as advertised in VRBO.

Comfortable, quiet, near the best beaches
We had a wonderful stay in Molokai at this condo. It’s within walking distance to a beach and just a short drive to another fabulous beach. Very relaxing. Owner responded immediately to our needs.
Loved the property, but very hot as weather sunny.
The condo was dated, many roaches in cabinets, dishwasher. The louvers were hard to open, screens had holes, sliding screen door unable to lock. Suggest install air conditioner or add ceiling fans to living room and 2nd bedroom. Water drains slow in master bathroom and kitchen sink. When showering in the master bathroom, water pressure in 2nd bathroom trickles.
I emailed the owners and they will look, repair, etc.
Since we are not in Molokai, we depend on feedbacks from customers. Most of our customers are very happy with the unit. It is well appointed, has new furnitures and appliances. I thank Leilani for pointing out the deficiencies and have taken care of all the issues she has pointed out.
