The nearest bus stops and the underground station, Pyramides, are 165 feet away, as is a ‘Velib’ station (A bike rental station).
On arrival: If possible please tell us when your plane or train is due to arrive in Paris.
The reception service is offered from 2pm until 8 pm.
Departure: Please vacate the apartment by midday.
Long-term bookings available on request: Rent for more than one month €1,500.
Rent for more than two months €1,350.

This property is the type of building we like with full of interesting parts of the 17th century which is a very great period of our french history .
The building could have met Henri IV or Louis XIV so even in the walls of every flat we could almost feel the atmosphere of that time. And our building is located in the very heart of Paris surrounded by many historical monuments and places...
This apartment is perfectly situated to visit Paris in the very city center .
It is walking distance to the Louvre museum, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower , the Tuileries Garden and so many interesting areas of Paris.

This small but cozy apartment is a delightful blend of the old and the new. My wife and I enjoyed its historical ambience as well as the modern furnishings and the equipment it offered. The place was clean and well maintained. The biggest plus was its convenient location. We were within walking distance of the Louvre, the Orangerie, and the Orsay museums. There are great restaurants and cafes around. You are literally steps away from a metro station, a tourist office, a bakery, and a well stocked supermarket. The narrow staircase in the building could be a challenge for some people, but for us climbing it a few times a day was well worth the charm and comfort we felt in the apartment. We preferred to eat breakfast and supper at home, and the kitchen area had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Although we did not meet Anne in person, we felt welcomed and supported by her in our digital communication with her. All in all, we felt at home in the apartment and would definitely love to come back to it when we are in Paris again.

Cet appartement a tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour, le lit convertible est confortable et facile d'utilisation; la SDB est très pratique et la cuisine est très fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée.
What a perfect place to stay in the heart of Paris!! The apartment was spectacular, the hospitality of the owner was kind and gracious, and the nearby amenities are what one can only hope for.
The nearby metro station, Velib bicycle station, along with being centrally located makes getting around Paris easy and soon you will feel like you are coming home to your own charming apartment. Yes, the apartment soon feels like home.
Amenities are excellent- The place has a wonderful kitchen, dishwasher, internet/wifi service, washing machine, iron, fridge, along with a spectacular bathroom. Being that the grocery store is less than a block away you will truly love coming home and cooking as much as we did.
Less than a block away- Café’s are lining the nearby streets with weekend farmers markets and if need there is always the comfort of a nearby Starbucks.
Proximity- there are nearby luxury and reasonable priced shopping. The apartment is walking/biking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Arrondissements, Latin Quarter, and biking paths/water taxies along the Seine river to the Eiffel tower.
Coming from CDG or Orly Airports was a quick with a one train transfer at the Chatelet metro station. However, it is always easy to tell your cab driver “please take me to Louvre” and direct them from their regardless of where you are in Paris. Keep that in mind when the Metro shuts down for the night as we learned.
The owners hospitality was wonderful and the place was spectacular. It is a wonderful apartment located in the heart of the city with all of the amenities in the apartment and nearby conveniences one would only hope for while traveling.
Pour un premier voyage à Paris, le Saint-Roch 1 était parfaitement bien situé. À distance de marche de toutes les commodités (Monoprix, Métro, Resto, etc.). De plus, vous êtes à quelques pas du Jardin des Tuilleries, du Louve, de l'Opéra Garnier et bien d'autres endroits.
Le studio était bien entretenu et très propre. La propriétaire a été d'agréable commerce tout au long du processus de location. Les seuls points négatifs, pour un séjour de 2 semaines, se situent au niveau du matelas et du sèche-linge. Après une semaine, au mois d'octobre, le séchage à l'air libre est plus difficile et l'état du matelas nous renvoyait chaque matin que nous sommes de moins en moins des jeunesses.
Autrement, je le recommande fortement.
