Or you can swim in the Mar Menor to the rear, which due to it’s shallow warm waters make this an ideal environment for young children who want to swim or learn to swim in the sea , alternatively there is the private pool area which are all conveniently located right on the doorstep of the apartment.
There are Water sports of all kinds, Jet Skiing, Sailing, Fishing and Diving within easy reach.
For the golfing enthusiasts, there are numerous Championship Golf courses within a short drive, OR, you can just sit back on the balcony, relax and watch the world go by (Glass of wine in hand!) whist taking in the most beautiful uninterrupted views out to sea. The choice is yours!

The apartment and apartment block also benefit from being wheelchair friendly, due to the ease of access to the apartments, which are serviced by lifts to all floors.
As would be expected with high end apartments, the communal parts inside and out are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis by a full time caretaker employed by the owners of the apartments, therefore maintaining a much higher standard all round.
For those hiring cars or coming by car, there are plenty of off road car parking spaces around the complex.
A frequent bus service operates up and down the strip connecting you to such historic places as Cartagena and Murcia together with other great places of interest along the way. A stop is conveniently located at the front of the apartments.
A ferry crossing also operates from the Marina on a regular basis connecting you to Santiago del la Ribera with its vibrant weekly street markets steeped in traditional Spanish culture.
A street market also operates on the Marina, Saturday mornings, whereby it is ideal for all your superb quality fruit and veg needs.

Also as part of our housekeeper's services, a 24-hour on call service will be available throughout your holiday ensuring total peace of mind. (Please note, after 22.00hrs.This is an emergency service only, and dependent on the nature of the call out, there may be a small charge which will be advised at the time)
A Final Cleaning and Linen Hire Charge of 70.00 Euros is payable on arrival to our housekeeper for Cleaning, Bed linen and Towels.
Late arrivals (Times arriving at the Apartment!) :
22.00-23.00 hrs. There is a charge of 25€.
Payable to the person that meets you with the keys.
Please note: There are no housekeeper check-in services between the hours of 12.30am - 07.00am .Key collection arrangements can be available if made in advance - Please request details.
