Centrally Located

Great location, spotless property, secure and easy to access. Very comfortable bedding and perfect for an overnight stay in Ballarat. Great value for 3 adults sharing cost.

Good apartment, but cleaning needs improving

This apartment has power points on only one side of the bed. A simple solution would be to put in a power board to provide power points to both sides. Unfortunately when I looked under the bed I found a discarded tissue, a sock and a take away coffee cup. Cleaning needs more work!
