Place needs upgrading / consider another place

Good morning, thank you for the accommodation. We had fun. However want to share some disappointing/ dissatisfaction from the condo. First the host where we sign up wasn’t very helpful about shuttle details , or the details of the in and out. The condo well , broken chairs, dishwasher not working properly , many missing kitchen essentials, and even if advertised to have a bbq it wasn’t working. Wow we were expecting much more from Vrbo standard. Hopefully you can address these things for the future renters. Thank you

Summer Getaway

Beautiful, private property up in the canopy of trees. Very quiet. Honestly, a perfect location. Although there is no AC, they did provide fans. Areas for improvement: -Living room seating is limited. We had 6 guests and brought camping chairs of our own for extra seating. -No instructions for the washing machine. -Limited kitchen supplies. There were no spices, no aluminum foil, etc., no paper towels, no oil or cooking spray. They also had very limited numbers of plates, cups, cutlery, so you had to wash stuff in between uses. It's a great property, but definitely bring your own kitchen supplies.
