Closest complex to Canyon Lift and only a mile to the Village!!

You've looked at the rest, now stay at the best! Our beautiful condo is located in Sierra Megeve, the closest complex to the lifts at Canyon Lodge! If you haven't been to Mammoth, Canyon Lodge in the most convenient location to stay. Steps to the lifts, yet just 1 mile to all the restaurants, shops and entertainment in the Village. You can walk, take the free gondola (seasonally) from Canyon right into the village, or take the convenient shuttle which picks up outside of Sierra Megeve. Leave your car, and the hassle of parking behind, as you walk to the lifts. You can even walk home for lunch! Please note: Canyon Lodge and lifts close for the season April 16th. I heavily discount my rates after this date. The remainder of the ski season is done from Main Lodge.

Our condo is completely remodeled with all high end finishes, completely new furnishings, all new appliances including a washer and dryer (the only condo in the complex that has in-unit laundry), heated floors, all new luxury bedding...the list goes on. The kitchen is a cooks dream with a Viking range and dishwasher, Sub-Zero glass door fridge, Caesar Stone countertops and custom finishes. Everything you need to prepare a meal, from a holiday spread to a pre-ski breakfast is at your fingertips. There is also a built in water purifier, so no need to haul water with you! (Feel free to email me if you have a specific questions about what items are in the kitchen!) There is plenty of comfortable seating at the large custom reclaimed teak dining table, or feed the kids a quick snack as they sit at the bar on the swivel bar stools.

There are two true master bedrooms, each with ensuite, highly upgraded bathrooms. Each master contains a hotel like King size bed with 500 thread count pima cotton linens, down duvets, 2 down pillows, 2 alternative down pillows, and 2 firm pillows. New Stearns and Foster Luxury Firm mattresses were purchased Spring 2017. Both masters have 40" Sony Flat Panel tv's, heated floors in the bathrooms, limestone tile work, double vanities, cozy window seats with mountain views, and plenty of hangers and dresser drawer space for all your clothes. Both master bedrooms have easterly facing windows for great morning sunshine!

We call the third bedroom our bunk room. It features an amazing custom built log bunk bed with a queen and three twin mattresses. It feels like you are in a tree fort! Bear and moose print sheets with down alternative duvets will keep the kids snug and happy! So will the 40" Sony flat panel tv, Wii (4 controllers, lots of games), Xbox 360 (3 controllers; bring your own games if you like, most of ours are mature), and assorted toys and games. The third bathroom is located directly across from this bunk room and also has heated floors, a Carrera marble vanity, and beautiful custom tiled shower.

After a long day in the snow, make sure to put your boots and gloves on the custom boot and glove dryer located in the foyer. This amazing feature holds 6 pairs of boots and 6 pairs of gloves. Everyone will be happy the next morning when nothing is cold and damp! The limestone floors in the foyer are heated as well, so everything is toasty! Keep all your other gear (skis, snowboards, poles, and helmets) in our convenient ski closet located right outside the front door of our unit in the enclosed hallway. It is a convenient and secure way to stow your gear without it being in the way inside the condo.

When you are ready to relax, retreat to the great room with its soaring ceilings, start a real fire with the provided wood in the beautiful custom fireplace, settle into the massive custom made sectional sofa, and turn on the 60" Sony Flat Panel tv. There is also high speed internet, Tivo, and Apple TV.

The complex offers one underground parking space for one vehicle, and one extra vehicle in a guest spot as available. There is a pool (summer only), large spa, guest BBQ (summer only), manager on site, and laundry facilities (in addition to our in unit laundry). Our unit faces Southeast with views of the trees and mountains. Is not on the road side!

Please note that we are located on the third floor (two floors above garage) and also have a flight of stairs to the upper master within our unit. There is no elevator in the complex, but the stairs are interior, carpeted, and accessible from the garage. No pets are allowed.

Jem grew up in Geneva, Switzerland and was on skies by the age of two! Lisa isn't a skier, but loves the mountains and reading by a roaring fire. We have two sons in college; one skies and the other snowboards. Both love Mammoth and the quality family time we always have there. All three of my guys like to mountain bike in the summer.

We have been traveling to Mammoth to ski, mountain bike, hike and enjoy the small town mountain lifestyle since 2010. We fell in love with Sierra Megeve after renting there several different times. We purchased this beautiful condo in 2016 so we can bring family and friends with us, and hopefully eventually split our time between Mammoth and San Diego.

What makes this condo unique

The location of Sierra Megeve can't be beat! Walk out the door, across the street and you are at the lifts! Jump on the gondola or just walk the easy mile through the beautiful neighborhoods to the village. We have stayed in many different complexes and know first hand that this one can't be beat! Our unit has every modern convenience, but is comfortable and homey as well. I've become a little addicted to heated floors and think you might as well!!

Wonderful condo near Canyon Lodge

This condo is well stocked with kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, and spices! The kids' room has a Wii with plenty of games. Current puzzles (with all pieces), board games as well as the fire place with wood! The heated bathroom floors were amazing!! The beds were comfortable and all linens were clean. The washer and dryer in the unit worked well. There are not any pool or hot tub towels so you will have to do a load of towels. No biggie:) I will say the hot tub is not the "normal" hot tub in the rec area. It doesn't have jets which is needed after a long day of skiing. We will absolutely return to this location! Early check in and a late check out were provided to work around our flights! Thank you!!

Gorgeous condo

This was our second stay in this beautiful condo and we will definitely return. The owners have paid exceptional attention to every detail in their design and remodel. The living area and bedrooms are generous in size and very cozy and comfortable. There are too many upgrades and amenities to list and the property is impeccably clean. Additionally, the location of the condo and proximity to Canyon Lodge cannot be beat. My family and I cannot wait for our next trip to Mammoth!

Excellent accommodation, well equipped & conveniently located for the slopes

Beautiful space and well laid out, it was perfect for 2 families - the kids loved the bunk bed room. Well equipped and a very short walk to the slopes. The owners were really helpful. Highly recommended!
