Flores Casa - in pursuit of a memorable stay.

“Flores Casa” is nestled in the heart of Panaji city on AB Road. Its prime location will allow you to simply walk to famous spots of Panjim, like Our Lady of Immaculate Church (150 meters), Floating Casinos (400 meters), Kala Academy (1 km ), Miramar beach (2km ) approximately and famous seafood restaurants surrounding our place like Kokni Kanteen, Goechin, Ritz Classic, Avadh house etc. You can enjoy the city vibe by standing in the balcony. Our apartment is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with Kids).

The Neighbourhood
Being in the heart of the city brings with it, its own set of goodies like some of the sought after restaurants in Panjim like Kokni Kanteen, Goechin, Avadh House, Pastry Cottage, Cafe Central are within 100 meters of our Apartment. Also famous landmarks such as the Panjim Church, Fountainhas, are in walkable proximity.

The Space

Bedrooms: First room has a new AC, double bed and an attached balcony with a city view. Second room has single bed, new AC and full-length wardrobe. Both the bedrooms are super cozy and clean.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, basic cookware utensils, refrigerator, kettle, basic dinner and serving set, cutlery, tea and coffee amenities and Microwave. It has a small but comfortable two-seater coffee table

Bathroom: The apartment has one common, brand new and super clean bathroom with geyser.

Why they chose this property

As our place is located parallel to 18 June Road which is considered as the main street of Panjim getting around the city is possible by simply walking around, like for instance one can set a foot to the ferry wharf or the floating casinos as they are hardly within 400 meters from the apartment. From the apartment you can catch an auto rickshaw or a motorbike pilot by simply walking across the street. There are also number of tourist taxis in close proximity for those who prefer to hire them.Alternately, one can simply hire rent a cab or rent a bike based on ones preference. Lastly public transport is available from the Ferry wharf stand which is within 400 meters.
