Relaxation

This property was well equipped with plenty of bath and kitchen towels, beach towels. It did say that we had a variety of seasonings however I wouldn't call them seasonings they were spices and by the looks of them we didn't use them. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were great. We had a hard time with all of the light switches as it would have been nice if they were labeled. The BBQ grill had gas but it would not stay lit and that was very annoying. There was plenty of dishes and cups in the kitchen. We would stay there again.

Nice place overall and convenient

Check in, ammentities, space, and cleanliness are all acceptable. However, it states it has capacity for 8 people and the dining table only has 5 chairs. No broom or vacuum inside to clean up with. Overall it was acceptable and nice with seating accomodations to be the exception.

Family Thanksgiving Get Away

We loved sitting outside by the canal. Saw little sharks, fish, jellyfish, manta rays etc. The master suite was amazing. Nice kitchen.

Amazing vacation

This was our 3rd trip to the keys. 2nd in Key Colony Beach. By far this was the best home we have rented. We were here for 3 weeks. Mid January to first week of February and the weather was awesome. It was extremely clean and updated. Best part was having a king bed in the master. Lol. This place has 3 seating/ living rooms with plenty of room. The kids can have their own back room with 55” tv. Perfect. It also has a very large kitchen galley and a smaller dining room to the side. Master is very large with a 2 person shower. All linens were new along with the pillows. The back deck was perfect having 2 small tables with 2 chairs at each. I would have loved a larger table with more chairs to eat outside as a family and a couch on the other side for lounging. Other than that it was great. The dock is big enough to host a 30’ foot. We rented a 25’ for a week and it was fantastic just walking out back to your boat. The area is wonderful. It has the Cabana beach/pool club that you can spend all day at and the area also has 2 restaurants within KCB. You are able to walk to each but could be a bit of a walk depending where you’re staying. The home had everything you needed including beach towels, hairdryer, iron, baby Gate for upstairs and even a guard rail for the bed in the kids room which came in handy for our 4 yr old granddaughter. She’s a wild sleeper and kept her from falling out. The only thing I would recommend is some steak knives. It had none. It had plenty of prep knives which need sharpening. Also more larger prep bowls. Other than that it was perfect. We will definitely rent again. The entire house was incredibly clean and comfortable Also make sure you visit sunset beach at night to watch the sunset. They make a big deal if it every night.
