Option for 3 bedrooms is possible when renting during the year (2013/2014)

The 125-sq.m apartment on the first floor of a calm chalet has 3 or 4 bedrooms, which makes it suitable for 6 to 8 people. The 4th bedroom is separable if needed. The chalet measures 125 sq.m, and faces southeast. It has 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, 3 toilets, a hall, large living room and 45-sq.m integrated kitchen. A large corner terrace gives access to the private garden. The chalet boasts an open fireplace, electrical heating, television subscription, Wi-Fi and telephone connections and a ski storage room. The chalet offers all kinds of comforts; parking space is available in the garage of a chalet 100 m away.

In summer and autumn: weekly or two-weekly rental

In winter: weekly rental according to availability (see calendar)

During season (1st Decembre 2014 until 31st March 2015) as required

About Warnotte Luc

As a retired physical education teacher, I have been spending my holidays in Verbier for over 55 years now.

In love with the mountains in Switzerland or abroad, I practice skiing, mountain biking and above all, mountaineering.

My wife and I regularly stop by in Verbier, usually during low season. My children love living it up in the 4 Vallées ski resort.

What makes this apartment unique

I inherited the 1980-built chalet when my father passed away in 2011.

During every stay I make an effort to renovate and refresh the dwelling according to our priorities.

This is why we offer it to you with as many comforts as possible.

The apartment with isolated and private garden benefits from numerous advantages. Moreover, the location is really great: close to the centre via a path or the road, in a calm place below the Route de Ransou.

The garage is located about 100m away from the apartment. One gets used to it very easily.

Very comfortable and made the holiday!

The apartment was very spacious and very well equipped.The owner was very helpful and obliging providing for all our sleeping requirements (3 babies included). It's well situated and has stunning views. Highly recommended and looking forward to a return visit.

location très spacieuse et agréable

appartement très agréable, avec grand espace de vie appréciable en famille ou avec des amis. L'emplacement dans Verbier est pratique : proche d'un arrêt de navette, ou du quartier Médran par route à plat, ou place centrale (route qui descend). Attention deux accès possibles par voie piétonnière, donc pas de voiture qui passe devant le chalet, mais un emplacement de garage couvert proche.

Une vue superbe depuis un séjour très lumineux, et ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas pour une location saisonnière, une cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir obtenir sans problème et avec beaucoup de gentillesse des renseignements complémentaires des propriétaires qui ont fait de leur mieux pour nous satisfaire (lit bébé entre autres choses). Nous espérons pouvoir revenir !
