The Standard Rate includes the Main House Only. The Master Suite is available at an additional charge. For parties above four, a $20.00 per person cleaning fee applies.
Travelers pay 50% at time of booking and the balance 30 days before travel. The deposit is refundable until the balance is due. At that time the payment is non-refundable although dates may be flexible.
