Dans un petit village pittoresque avec son ancien lavoir et ses jardins potagers, vous apprécierez le confort de cette maison neuve avec le charme de l'ancien. Située sur le haut de la colline vous avez une vue dégagée sur Uzès et sa campagne. La piscine de 13 mètres par 3.5 m, entièrement clôturée,vous permettra de profiter de la baignade en toute sécurité. elle est peu profonde au début et les petits adorent!
Nouveauté 2016: une bâche à bulles sur la piscine permet de gagner quelques degrés de chaleur pour se baigner plus longtemps dans la saison. Cette maison est notre habitation, elle est donc très bien équipée,que ce soit en électroménager, vaisselle, mobilier ou literie.... climatisation et moustiquaires dans les chambres.Chaise haute, lit et baignoire bébé à disposition si nécessaire. Au rez-de-chaussée: une grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte ( et arrière cuisine) salle à manger, salon et toilettes. A l'étage: La première chambre est une suite parentale avec sa salle d'eau et ses toilettes indépendantes. La deuxième chambre a un lit de 160 cm. La troisième chambre a deux lits de 90 cm que l'on peut réunir ou séparer selon les besoins. une salle de d'eau et de toilettes. Chaque salle d'eau est équipée de deux vasques, une douche à l'italienne et d'un wc indépendant. Le terrain de 1200 m² est entièrement clôturé et fermé par un portail électrique. Le jardin est équipé d'un arrosage automatique et l'entretien de la piscine est effectué une fois par semaine. Dès que vous sortez de la maison vous pouvez emprunter des chemins de randonnées balisés qui vous guident à travers la garrigue et ses senteurs provençales ou aux abords de l'Alzon (toute petite rivière).

An excellent villa.

This was a very good property and is one of the best we have stayed in. It is very well laid out, extremely comfortable and well equipped. Veronique was very helpful and always replied to queries quickly. Very peaceful and wonderful views over Uzes from the terrace. Lots of places to visit in the area and some excellent restaurants. Thanks.

Excellent Villa

As a family with 3 primary school age children, this villa provided excellent accommodation for our 2 week holiday. The photos are very representative of how well presented the villa is, and what they don't show are the wonderful views to the south and west. Veronique & Daniel were very welcoming and helpful despite our almost total lack of French. We've stayed in a good number of privately rented villas over the years in this is the best we've stayed in. The pool has a long shallow end which was great for our 5 year old non-swimmer to play about in. The children also enjoyed the swings and playing boules and cricket in the garden.

The only slightly negative aspect is the basketball court located close to the villa. Our children enjoyed playing on this during the day, but it can be a place for local youths to congregate in the evenings, disturbing the peaceful atmosphere somewhat. This only happened on 3 evenings during our 2 weeks however, so was not really an issue, and the court floodlight goes off at 11pm so there is no noise after that.

The location is great. We loved Uzes and Saint Quentin as well as the numerous other attractions within easy driving distance. We thoroughly recommend this villa.

Highly recommended

We are sometimes disappointed when we arrive at new holiday houses as we discover that they are not as attractive, spacious or comfortable as they appeared on the website. However, this was certainly not the case for Veronique and Daniel's house - it really is just as nice, if not even nicer, than it appears in the photos!

The house is extremely comfortable, spacious, immaculately furnished and very tasteful. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all necessary appliances and the sitting area has two very comfortable sofas. We spent a lot of time in the gardens which were beautiful and we particularly enjoyed sitting and eating on the terrace which has lovely views towards Uzes.

It was a pleasure to deal with Veronique. Before we arrived she answered all my queries very promptly. She and Daniel were also very welcoming when we arrived at the property and gave us lots of good recommendations for restaurants (the one in St Quentin-la-Poterie was a particular favourite of ours).

We had a lovely holiday and I would thoroughly recommend this house to anyone looking for a holiday house in the Uzes area.

Quiet, well appointed, roomy & relaxing property

We where given a warm welcome by Veronique and Daniel on our arrival. They spent time showing us round the property ensuring we where comfortable with the its many features. From arrival to our departure two weeks later the property, the weather and the area never disappointed us. We will be back to continue exploring this beautiful part of France. Thank you Veronique and Daniel for making our stay so enjoyable.

Komplette Küche,Frühstückstresen,

Die Sofaecke,gut zum Lesen.

Die Fenstertüren zu Terrasse

Mit Tisch und Sofa: Extraklasse!

Die Räume in der Schlafetage

Mit tollen Duschen,keine Frage.

Ein weiter Blick bis nach Uzes:

Ein wahrer Wohlfühler-Prozess!

Der Pool vom allerfeinsten Stand

Niemand vermisst hier einen Strand!

Der Garten liebevoll bestückt

Hat Arbeitshektik weit entrückt.

Die provencale Pflanzenpracht

Hat "Savoir-vivre "uns gebracht.

Ganz sicher könnten wir uns fühlen

Durch Grundstücksmauern, Eisentüren.

Couderc's besitzen großes Glück;

Wir kommen gerne bald zurück,

Um uns so richtig wohl zu fühlen

Und Regenwetter fort zu spülen.
