A quaint cottage/cabin/bungalow with unexpected spaciousness.
About Lynda Rerych
I am self employed and like to travel. Having the two vacation rentals gives me that opportunity and the chance to meet people from all over the country. I love the NC Mountains and have lived here since 1985. I grew up in the Orlando area and, after I moved here, I never looked back. Hiking and exploring are big interests of mine as are gardening and cooking.
Lynda Rerych purchased this Cabin in 2016
Why Lynda Rerych chose Arden
This property is quaint, cute, and compact. It offers all the basic necessities and gives you an affordable, comfortable home base from which to go and come. It is in a wonderful location that is close to everything in WNC. Although it could be considered a "tiny house" because it is only 12 x 20, you have all the luxuries of a larger accommodation.
What makes this Cabin unique
The owners of this property before me owned a landscaping nursery and filled the yard with some unusual specimens of plants. Sitting in the front, cooking smores over the firepit or having a glass of wine (or beer), you feel quite removed from the hubbub of the nearby communities.

Great tiny house
We had a great two day stay. Everything we needed was right there for us. We took advantage of the outdoor seating for a while while our puppy. Couldn’t ask for better. Thanks!
We enjoyed our overnight stay. The cabin is spacious for a tiny house. We have no complaints about our stay. Maybe next time we can stay longer then one night.
Still one of the cutest places we have stayed.
This is a return visit for us. We both love how cozy and quiet this cottage is. It's close to Asheville and shopping. We definitely recommend this home.
This little cabin was perfect! We loved the fact that it was dog friendly and close to everything.
Charming Tiny House!
This is our second time staying in the tiny house and we just love it. The location is perfect! We will be back 😀
Adorable and efficient!
Super-cute tiny house that was the perfect place to lay our heads during a quick overnight stay in the Asheville area. My only note was that the shower handle is somewhat counterintuitive (with hot being closer to off)--I figured it out but my husband wasn't so lucky! Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
