About this property

The condominium Cyclades is composed of 3 houses divided into apartments. The location is ideal: less than 50m from the beach, no roads to cross ... you park your car and outside the races, no need to use it !! A private swimming pool to share, abundant vegetation. The place is very quiet and relaxing. Saint-Tropez, its port, its market and shops is just 3km!

The apartment is located on the bottom (ground floor) with a terrace and a small shady garden (possibility upstairs apartment with balcony). It measures 30m² and can accommodate 4 people.

Set amidst the beautiful Bay of Pampelonne, halfway between Saint-Tropez (3km) and the Village of Ramatuelle (3.5 km). The beach is less than 50m. Many opportunities for walks in the surrounding villages (Ramatuelle is a village 'perched' beautiful, as Gassin), the lakeside town of Port Grimaud, Cogolin ... and hiking in the back -country (especially the Massif des Maures) . You can also take the coastal footpath that connects the Cap Camarat (near Ramatuelle) in Saint Tropez, to the immense beach of the Bay of Pampelonne.

Saint-Tropez is just 3 km (the port, the Chapel of St. Anne, the Citadel, instead of the lists and the many shops) many small shops in Ramatuelle well. Markets 2 times per week in each village. Festival of Ramatuelle (many cultural events with famous artists) during the summer.

Finally it is a starting point towards several close and friendly destinations: one side Marineland Antibes (85km), Sainte-Maxime, on the other: Hyères (65km), the island of Porquerolles, Cannes, Le Lavandou (40km), the Île du Levant ...

Bad Communication and the a/c + tv was mit Working

The area where the apartment is located is really nice - but its the worst suite within the complex. The a/c was not working and the host didn’t answer any message we sent concerning this problem. The tv was also not working and the Appartement was dirty with ants and snails in the bedroom. I would not rent this place again. Holiday was a nightmare and we left early.
