No other beach in the bay offers this flat and perfectly safe ocean conditions, for the youngest kids up to the loveliest grandparents!

This two bedroom condo with a partial ocean view welcomes you, we just upgrade our kitchen, each bedroom has two double beds with full bathroom and TV.

Extensive fine dining options and shopping are available across the street . All budget options are available in the paradise plaza, including a number of local restaurants and fast food court.

You want to cook, our fully equipped full size kitchen is perfect for in-room dining, for those who plan to stay longer.

You do not want to go out or cook, just call and Pizza, sushi and others will deliver to your door.

Golf anyone? Flamingos, El Tigre and Mayan Palace Golf Clubs are just five minutes away; all of them public courses with special rates available all year long.

Wonderful location with great space and amenities

This condo is very large and in a fabulous location, with lovely beach, spa and several pools. The view is amazing. Maid service and staff are very responsive, but there is a modest resort fee and linen fees, which were a bit unexpected. The kitchen and bathrooms are up to date, and the beds were comfortable; only a few cosmetic flaws (loose tiles, door jams worn) which did not affect our stay. Furniture is a bit oversized for the dining and living room and a new couch is recommended. Overall, a relaxing and secure place to stay in lovely Nuevo. Spa services were excellent and convenient.

Location is absolutely perfect!

We stayed at this resort for 2 weeks in February, 2017. The grounds are immaculate, the main pool is HEATED - a definite plus in our minds - and the staff are all very friendly. The mall across the street was also a bonus. Starbucks, several restaurants and a grocery store so close by came in handy. Though the suite itself could use some attention to detail, there is a new gas stove (with oven) new fridge and also granite counter tops. There is AC in all rooms though we only used it at night for sleeping. Internet was spotty at times but no biggie. Daniel was a breeze to deal with and we have already rented the suite again for a month in November/December, 2017. Over the last 2 years, we've been looking for a place that we could rent for at least a month twice a year and I think we've found it. I definitely would recommend this place. Thanks Daniel!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations may be cancelled up to sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period. Deposit will be refunded less a $500.00 USD administration fee. In the event the Guest(s) cancels the reservation less than sixty (60) days from the commencement of the rental period, should Agency/Owner re-rent the premises for the same period, Agency/Owner will refund that portion of the rent paid that is recovered by Agency/Owner re-renting the Premises for the same period less an administration fee of $500.00 USD.

Holiday rentals are non-refundable. However, should Agency/Owner re-rent the Premises for that same period, Agency/Owner will refund that portion of the rent paid that is recovered by Agency/Owner re-renting the Premises for that same period less an administration fee of $500.00 USD. Agency/Owner recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
