St Philip Inn is nestled in the Treme Neighborhood just 2 Blks from The French Quarter. Treme is known for its rich New Orleans Culture where "Second Line" Jazz processions was born. 2BLK from the Rampart St. Streetcar Line. Tour the Garden District and marvel at some of the most architectural designed homes in New Orleans.

St Phillip Inn is a Historic duplex that can been rented separately or along with St Philip House for a whole house rental. St. Philip Inn is approximately 1100 Sq Ft offering 3BR / 2BA and sleeps 6 in a large open floorplan. The Great Room includes a sofa sleeper and convertible futon equipped with a 40" SMART TV with WIFI throughout.

The Master Bedroom has it own On-Suite with Large walk-in shower w/ Soaking Tub. Features Queen Bed, a convertible futon sofa sleeper and 36" SMART TV. The Master Suite has direct access to the beautiful courtyard.

The Second Bed Room features a Queen Bed and convertible full size sofa sleeper. This bedroom has privacy curtain and entry door for your convenience.

The Living/Bedroom converts into our 3rd sleeping area with the use of 2 convertible full size futon beds. The Living Room also has privacy curtains for your convenience.

There is a fully equipped kitchen w/ cookware and utensil's included.

The unit features a large porch and lovely secluded courtyard for private entertaining.

Clean, well kept

The location was perfect close to all of the attractions. Walking distance to Canal and Bourbon streets. Will definitely visit again!!!!!!

Very cozy, well equipped apt in a perfect location.

Perfect spot for us !! 25” walk to jazzfest- 10” walk to bourbon st. Area feels safe. It is rich in culture. Nice grocery stores, coffee shops, food places near- great restaurant on corner of St Philip & Rampart. Penny was awesome!! House spotless, well equipped and ready for us. She nicely accommodated our specific questions/requests— hope to book again😊?

Cute little shotgun house close to the French Quarters

The 5 of us gals enjoyed our stay in this little house. The location is right on the edge of Louis Armstrong Park. Within 20 minutes we could walk to the center of the French Quarter. The owner was a delight to work with. We felt very safe in this neighborhood however we did use Lyft after dark just because it is the smart thing to do around the French Quarter. When looking to rent this home do realize it is a shotgun house which means from the front door you can see out the back door. It has a back bedroom with a queen and twin (with trundle under) in it and the door shuts. The second bedroom also has a twin (with trundle under) and a queen however the room is closed off with a curtain. If privacy is really important to you this might not be the house for you but if everyone is comfortable around each other it is a great place. We would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed here as a group of guys on a bachelor party that doubled as a pilgrimage to Wrestlemania. The place was absolutely perfect. There was ample space and the beds were comfy. Beyond that, the second bathroom (though it's only tub, no shower) came in handy as we cycled through the shower and needed access to a toilet/sink. The central air was clutch, too. Bourbon street is a quick walk away, and the gas station nearby has very good corn dogs (as far as gas station corn dogs go, anyway).
